To update the software, you will need a PC with internet connection, a USB stick or USB hard drive with minimum 4MB hard drive (FAT16 or FAT32 formatting), and ZIP software to extract the configuration data. The process involves creating a new directory on your USB device, loading the required Bluetooth Software configuration onto your PC, and copying the enclosed files into the directory. Then, you connect the USB device to the interface, turn on the car radio, and the interface will recognize the files and change the configured file on the interface. After turning the radio off and back on again, the new software will be active.
