Changing Configuration Mode
To update the software, you require the following:
PC with internet connection
USB stick/USB hard drive with minimum 4MB hard drive (FAT16 or FAT32 formatting)
ZIP software to extract the configuration data
Preparation on your PC
1. Create a new directory on your USB device with the name “BLAUPUNKT”.
2. Load the required Bluetooth Software configuration onto a temporary drive on your
computer (e.g. C:\temp).
3. Open the ZIP file and copy the enclosed files into the BLAUPUNKT file on your
USB device.
4. Deactivate the USB device from your PC.
Updating the software onto the Bluetooth Interface - interface must be connected to your car radio
5. Connect the USB device with the updated files to the USB port of the Bluetooth interface.
6. Turn the car radio on.
7. After a few seconds (maximum 1 minute) the interface will recognize the files and
change the configured file on the interface.
8. Turn the radio off and then back on again.
9. The new software is now active.
