How to decalcify the coffee machine?

1. Turn off and unplug the appliance. Clean any external surface with a humid cloth and empty and rinse the water tank once a day. 2. Fill the water tank to the MAX level with cold tap water. Once warmed up, place a container under the coffee spout. Press 3-6 seconds the Espresso and Espresso Lungo buttons at the same time to start the descaling. The appliance will run for around 25 minutes. 3. Once the descaling is over, the appliance will return to stand-by. Manually stop the appliance by pressing ON/OFF button. Clean the water tank and fill it with tap water to rinse the circuit using the Espresso button. 4. Manually reset the descaling alarm, if needed, by pressing the Espresso and Espresso Lungo buttons for more than 6 seconds.

What to do if the coffee machine does not dispense water?

1. Make sure the power cord is not damaged and that the appliance is correctly plugged into an earthed socket, as specified on the rating label. 2. Check that the water tank is properly filled with cold water, as indicated in the instructions, and not with other liquids such as milk. 3. Verify that the water tank is correctly fitted and that there are no blockages or obstructions in the water path. 4. Check that the appliance is placed on a flat and even surface. 5. Make sure to use only the lever provided for water dispensing.
