How do I turn the PostBase on and off?
To turn the PostBase on, press the PostBase button. To turn it off, press and hold the button for three seconds. The display will light up and the button will illuminate when the PostBase is on.
What are the different weighing modes available on the PostBase?
The PostBase offers two weighing modes: Normal weighing and Differential weighing (optional). In Normal weighing, the machine determines the weight of each individual mail piece you place on the weighing platform. In Differential weighing, you can place stacks of letters on the scale, and the machine determines the weight when you remove a letter from the weighing platform.
How do I set up a shortcut for a frequently used postal product?
In the Home screen, you can save up to four postal products as shortcuts. To do this, press the corresponding shortcut button and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also set up additional shortcuts in the Home screen by pressing the “+” button.
How do I clean the PostBase?
Refer to the chapter “Maintenance and care” in the Reference Guide for instructions on cleaning the PostBase.
What kind of labels can I use with the PostBase?

How to print a franking dockets report?
Open the Menu, select Registers, and press the Print button. Load an empty envelope or postcard (or press the Label button if using a label dispenser) to generate the report.
How to view the cost account report?
To view a list of accounts and their franked values, open the Menu, choose Manage Accounts, and select Show List.

What is the procedure for filling the sealant tank on the PostBase mailing system Feeder plus?
- Press the release button to open the transparent flap covering the tank. 2. Remove the sealant tank. 3. Unscrew the cover and fill the tank with ‘sealit’ sealing liquid. 4. Secure the screw cover back and tighten it (recommended to check for seal integrity). 5. Insert the tank back into the housing with the cover downward. 6. Close the flap.
