. Cut out template from instructions.
. Position template in the center of the top or bottom door edge,
folding small section over door corner.
. Outline and mortise section A 1/8" deep.
. Mark screw holes. Outline and mortise section B 7/8" deep.
Fasten bolt to door with screws.
. Mark boit top (i.e. Lipstick or chalk). Close dcor and push lever
up to mark bolt hole position.
. Position and outline strike plate on upper door jamb. Mortise
outlined area 1/16" deep,
- Drill 5/8” diameter bolt hole 1-1/8" deep. Fasten strike plate to
door jamb with screws,
