Tripod Roof Mount

This five foot tall, commercial-strength mount is an ideal support for medium size antennas such as the DX Engineering HEXX Beam. The mount is also a good choice for small HF or VHF Yagi or tri-band antennas as well as HF and VHF vertical antennas.

The tall tripod configuration allows peak mounting on a variety of pitched or flat roofs.

The 1.5" O.D. steel legs have two 10 inch long mounting feet each. Each mounting foot is secured with five lag bolts.

Thirty lag bolts are supplied, along with tar strips for weatherproofing under each foot.

A five foot long, 2" O.D. steel antenna/rotor mounting mast is also furnished for easy mounting of rotors such as the Hy-Gain CD-45II and HAM-series.

Chimney Roof Mount

Use this ready-to install package for chimney mounting medium size antennas with rotors (such as the

Two sections of 1.5" O.D., 16-gauge steel mast are supplied. The 42" long section is preassembled with chimney corner brackets for fastening to the chimney and antenna/rotor mounting. The four chimney corner brackets are 1.5" wide

Custom-made for DX Engineering, this high strength Type 6063-T832 seamless drawn aluminum tubing is available in 3 and 6 foot lengths.

Type 6063 alloy provides good resistance to general corrosion, including stress corrosion cracking and has excellent surface appearance.

Use the 3 foot lengths for fast taper, low-wind resistance applications. The 6 foot slow taper lengths aff ord the greatest bandwidth. Most sizes are slit on one end for use with DX Engineering Stainless Steel Element

Clamps. If unslit ends are required for your application, merely insert the slit end into the next larger size in the stack and use your own attachment method.

The 0.058 inch wall tubing is available in 1/8 inch increments from 3/8 inch to 2 1/8 inch O.D. It is ideal for a free, yet solid telescoping fit from size to size for vertical or Yagi elements.

Some larger sizes are available in 0.120 inch wall,

6061-T8 aluminum, which assures maximum strength at very long assembly lengths.

Lockable Guy Line Grip and Key

As an easy way to assemble and re-tension your

1/8" EHS guy line, you can use these grips and keys to terminate cable and keep it secure. The Grip’s innovative design uses external pressure to lock the cable in place until you use the key to release it, making them easy to install and adjust. They’re tailored to .125" (3mm) guy lines.

The Lockable Release Keys are a must for re-tensioning cables and removing the grips. You just inset the key and push; the internal wedges are released and the grip is free. Choose from the ergonomically designed Logo Key or the high-visibility Flag-Shaped Key.

Stainless Steel V-Clamps

Our stainless steel V-clamps are ideal for mounting accessories to steel pipe.

The V-saddle has serrations that bite into the tube or pipe surface, providing a strong, secure hold.

For this reason, these clamps are not recommended for aluminum tubing or pipe. The bolts supplied are long enough to attach tubing to thick plates and have anti-corrosive properties for long life. Some clamps are available with a tab and 1/4" hardware for adding grounding wires.
