access to the program’s major functions. Sometimes only one key will be used; sometimes the shortcut
will be a combination of keys. Each of these shortcut key combinations are grouped by functionality,

opened using a function key combination. Once the menu is open, a single letter may be used to access
the various options available from within the open menu. The particular letter you should use will be
