Module 2 installation :

1 - Remove the top cover to open up the player. Caution with the ground cable.
2 - Locate the motherboard and the rippon cable.

3 - Disconnect the ribbon cable
from the motherboard.

4 - Remove the 2 nuts and screw
the 2 threaded spacer supplied.
● 5 - Connect the Ethernet card
to the ribbon cable.
●
6 - Connect the Ethernet card
on the motherboard. Be careful,
there are 2 connectors : a large
one with 40 pins and a small one
with 2 pins.

● 7 - Fasten the Ethernet
card with the 2 screws
supplied.

● 8 - Remove the rear cover of the initial module
of the player by pivoting it from top to bottom.
9 - Insert the RJ45 mounting connector
from the inside.

10 - Connect the RJ45 cable onto the connector
then onto the Ethernet card connector.

11 - Disconnect the RS232 cable
(grey ribbon cable with 4 wires)
from the mortherboard and
connect it onto the Ethernet card.
●
● 12 - Connect the cable
supplied to the motherboard on
one side and the Ethernet card
on the other side.
13 - Connect the I/O cable between the
Ethernet card and the motherboard. Be careful
of the way the connector is installed on the
motherboard !

14 - Connect the Modem cable between the
Ethernet card and the output module.

15 - Close the top cover. The player is ready.
