iPOLiS mobile de Samsung Techwin es una aplicación
dedicada basada en Android para smartphones y tabletas
PC para supervisar y controlar de forma remota los
productos de red de Samsung Techwin.
Este manual se basa en el uso de la aplicación en un
smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note. Si se utiliza un
dispositivo móvil diferente, es posible que la interfaz y la
ubicación de los botones difieran.
La aplicación iPOLiS mobile se puede descargar e instalar
de forma gratuita de Google Play.
 Para buscar la aplicación iPOLiS mobile en Google Play, escriba
“iPOLiS”, “SAMSUNG TECHWIN” o “TECHWIN” y realice una
búsqueda tanto en mayúsculas como en minúsculas.
 El usuario de la versión anterior del software (v1.0) tiene que registrar
de nuevo los dispositivos añadidos en el nuevo software instalado. El
usuario de la versión 1.3 o posterior no necesita volver a registrar los
dispositivos después de actualizar el software. Con la actualización se
importará la lista de dispositivos en el nuevo software.
 Si está habilitado el bloqueo con contraseña, es posible que tenga
problemas al actualizar el smartphone o la tableta PC que no sea de
la serie Samsung Galaxy. En tales casos, desactive el bloqueo de
contraseña durante la actualización.
Esta aplicación se ha optimizado para Android OS 2.3.5, 4.0.3 y
4.1.2.
Esta aplicación ha sido probada para los siguientes dispositivos:

0. Antes de la instalación
Para realizar una vigilancia correcta con iPOLiS mobile en su dispositivo,
el dispositivo debe cumplir como mínimo los requisitos que se indican a
continuación:

2. Introduzca la información del dispositivo
que va a añadir en la página Add Device.
• Name : Nombre del dispositivo que
desee.
 Si no lo introduce, se utilizará de forma
predeterminada el nombre del equipo
del dispositivo.
Para poder ver correctamente la
imagen, debe configurar los ajustes
de conexión.

• Host : Introduzca la dirección IP o el nombre del host (registrado
con DDNS) del dispositivo externo según el entorno de conexión
de Internet.
• HTTP Port : Introduzca el puerto de conexión del dispositivo.
• RTSP Port : Introduzca el número de puerto RTSP configurado
para el dispositivo.
 Para DVR y NVR HW, introduzca el último número de puerto o rango
de puertos configurados para el dispositivo. Por ejemplo, si el rango
es 4520~4524, introduzca 4524.
• ID : Introduzca el ID del dispositivo especificado.
• Password : Introduzca la contraseña del dispositivo especificado.
 La configuración de la contraseña del dispositivo que se va a añadir
es opcional, no hay necesidad de introducir la contraseña.
3. Facilite la información necesaria y toque el botón <Guardar>.
4. Seleccione un perfil.
 El usuario debe seleccionar un perfil para la grabación de vídeo si el
dispositivo que se va a añadir es una cámara de red o un codificador.
Las propiedades del perfil se pueden ver y editar con Web Viewer, donde
iPOLiS mobile solo proporciona la selección entre los perfiles existentes
de uno que sea óptimo para el dispositivo de visualización.
5. Seleccione un canal.
 Para añadir un DVR/NVR, el usuario debe seleccionar un canal para la
conexión. Las propiedades del canal se pueden ver y editar con Web
Viewer, donde iPOLiS mobile solo proporciona la selección de uno para
supervisar, para el dispositivo de visualización.
6. Una vez que haya terminado de conectar al dispositivo, se
añade a la lista de dispositivos.

 Si se editan los ajustes del dispositivo añadido en Web Viewer
después de añadirlo a la aplicación, es posible que iPOLiS mobile
no reconozca el dispositivo modificado. En tales casos, vaya a la
página de edición del dispositivo correspondiente y toque el botón
<Guardar> para recuperar la conexión.

 Información de perfil recomendado
Se recomienda establecer el perfil como se muestra a continuación
para una vigilancia en directo óptima con iPOLiS mobile.

 Para vigilancia en tiempo real, sólo se facilitan los principales
fotogramas.
 Según la estabilidad de la red, es posible que la conexión sufra
interrupciones momentáneas o más serias.

2. Edición y eliminación de la lista de dispositivos
Para editar la información del dispositivo
1. Toque el botón del menú del dispositivo.
Los iconos del menú aparecen en la parte inferior de la pantalla.
2. Toque el botón Editar <

3. Seleccione en la lista un dispositivo para editarlo.

4. Una vez completados los cambios, toque <Guardar>.
Para eliminar un dispositivo
1. Toque el botón del menú del dispositivo.
Los iconos del menú aparecen en la parte inferior de la pantalla.

3. Seleccione en la lista un dispositivo para borrarlo.
4. Una vez hecho, toque <Aceptar>.
El dispositivo seleccionado se borrará de la lista.

3. Vigilancia en directo
Para conectar a un dispositivo
1. Ejecute iPOLiS mobile y toque el dispositivo que desee tener
conectado una vez que aparezca la lista de dispositivos.
2. La selección de una cámara de red o un codificador mostrará la
pantalla de vídeo en el modo de un solo canal.
3. La selección de un DVR / NVR mostrará la pantalla de vídeo de
división en 4 en modo cuadrangular.
Para cambiar el canal
1. Toque la pantalla para ver los botones de control cerca de la parte
inferior.
2. Toque el icono Cambiar canal <

 En visualización en modo cuadrangular, los canales se agrupan en
grupos de 4, con lo cual si se selecciona el canal 7 se genera una
visualización de los canales del 5 al 8.
Toque y deslice el dedo de derecha a izquierda por la
pantalla para pasar a los siguientes 4 canales en modo
cuadrangular.

Para cambiar a modo de un solo canal
Mantenga brevemente el dedo en uno de los 4 canales
que aparecen en pantalla o toque dos veces la división
que desee para cambiar al modo de visualización de un
solo canal con el canal seleccionado.
4. Control de vídeo en directo
iPOLis mobile admite solo control de vídeo en modo de un canal.
Para controlar el zoom
Puede controlar de forma remota el zoom óptimo de la cámara de red.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver los botones de control cerca de la parte
inferior.
2. En cámaras con zoom, si toca el icono <
> se acerca el zoom
> se aleja.

 El índice y el nivel de zoom difieren de una cámara a otra.
También puede acercar el zoom tocando la pantalla
con dos dedos unidos moviéndolos para separarlos.
Para alejar el zoom, toque la pantalla con dos dedos y
muévalos uniéndolos.

Para controlar el zoom digital
Esta función es para cámaras que no admitan el zoom óptico.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver los botones de control cerca de la parte
inferior.
2. Toque el botón <
> para acercar el zoom, y toque <
para alejar el zoom digitalmente.

 El nivel de zoom digital se indica en el lado del cuadro de zoom
digital, y el zoom digital admite un zoom de hasta x16.
También puede acercar el zoom tocando la pantalla
con dos dedos unidos moviéndolos para separarlos.
Para alejar el zoom, toque la pantalla con dos dedos y
muévalos uniéndolos.
Toque y arrastre el dedo en cualquier dirección para
mostrar la parte oculta de la imagen si esta es mayor
que la pantalla.
Para controlar Panorámica / Inclinación
Solo es posible en cámaras con PTZ.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver en pantalla los botones de control de
panorámica / inclinación.
2. Si se toca el botón de dirección mueve la panorámica /
inclinación de la cámara al siguiente paso de uno en uno.
3. Mantenga el dedo en uno de los botones de dirección para
hacer una panorámica e inclinar la cámara de forma continua en
la dirección seleccionada.

 El índice y el nivel de panorámica / inclinación difieren de una cámara
a otra.

Arrastre la pantalla hacia arriba / abajo / izquierda /
derecha para realizar una acción de panorámica /
inclinación en la cámara. Tenga en cuenta que iPOLiS
mobile no reconoce la dirección en diagonal, y lo
interpretará como un arrastre del usuario vertical u
horizontal

 El resultado del control de panorámica / inclinación requiere tiempo
para procesar, debido a que el comando debe llegar al dispositivo
de la cámara y ejecutarse en la misma. El tamaño de datos de vídeo
crece cuanto más se mueva la cámara, lo cual genera una demora
en la visualización. En redes 3G, la recepción de los datos de vídeo
puede tardar unos segundos.
 En un entorno de red con mala estabilidad, el uso del control de
panorámica / inclinación con ajustes de vídeo de menor calidad
puede ayudar a reducir dichas demoras.
Para ajustar el enfoque
Solo es posible en cámaras con PTZ.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver en pantalla los botones de control de
enfoque.
2. Utilice los iconos Enfoque cercano <
> y Enfoque alejado

> para ajustar el tipo de enfoque.
Para comprobar la información del dispositivo
Puede comprobar la información de configuración de un dispositivo
registrado.
1. Toque el icono Comprobar información <

 Para cambiar los ajustes del dispositivo, debe realizar un cambio
manualmente de cada ajuste.

Para voltear la imagen de video mostrada
Puede voltear la imagen de vídeo girando 180°.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver el menú y toque el icono <
>.
2. Toque de nuevo para volver a la pantalla original.
Para guardar la pantalla capturada
Captura la imagen que aparece en pantalla y la guarda en el
dispositivo de almacenamiento como un archivo de imagen.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver el menú y toque el icono <
>.
2. La pantalla capturada se guarda como un archivo de imagen en
la carpeta de imágenes del dispositivo.
Para escuchar el audio en directo
El audio en directo se facilita si la cámara de red admite la
transmisión de audio. En entornos de red Wi-Fi y 4G (LTE), el
dispositivo de almacenamiento admite la reproducción de audio en
modo de 1 canal.

 En caso de DVR, el audio no se puede configurar para un ajuste de
menos de 200 kbps.
5. Búsqueda / reproducción de vídeo guardado
Para buscar por fecha/hora
Toque la pestaña Buscar <
> en la parte superior de la pantalla
principal para ver la lista de dispositivos en los que buscar.
1. Seleccione un dispositivo tocándolo.
2. Seleccione en la lista el canal en el que va a buscar.

3. Las fechas que contienen datos del dispositivo y el canal
seleccionados se marcan en el calendario. Toque el botón <
>
en ambos extremos del calendario del indicador de año / mes para ir
al mes anterior / siguiente.
4. Toque una fecha para buscar vídeo y aparecerá la línea de
tiempo circular (24 horas). La línea de tiempo aparece marcada
en color en las zonas horarias que tengan datos grabados que
se puedan buscar.

 Si hay múltiples datos que se solapen para el mismo intervalo de
tiempo, aparece una lista solapada.
Para reproducir vídeo buscado
Tras buscar por fecha/hora, establezca la hora de inicio para
reproducir el vídeo seleccionado.

 Si el vídeo grabado que se va a
reproducir tiene un intervalo sin vídeo,
la reproducción salta dicho intervalo y continúa a partir del siguiente
punto. El tiempo de reproducción que aparece puede que sea
diferente del tiempo de grabación real según el rendimiento de la red
y el dispositivo de reproducción.

 Por razones de eficiencia, el audio se desactiva durante la
reproducción.

Para controlar la reproducción
Se proporciona un control de reproducción básico.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver los botones de control cerca de la parte
inferior.
2. Para detener la reproducción, toque el botón < > para hacer
una pausa y el botón cambiará a < + > una vez que entre en
modo de pausa.
3. Para reanudar, toque el botón < + >.
4. Para controlar la velocidad de reproducción, toque el botón
< ) > y aparecerá el indicador de velocidad de reproducción.
5. El vídeo se reproduce a la velocidad de reproducción
seleccionada.
6. Toque el icono <
> para voltear la imagen de vídeo girando 180°.
Para usar la línea de tiempo
Puede saltar a un punto concreto de la reproducción seleccionando
el punto en la línea de tiempo.
1. Toque la pantalla para ver la línea de tiempo de 60 minutos.
2. La línea de tiempo muestra el punto de reproducción actual del
vídeo reproducido.
3. Toque el selector de tiempo <
> en la línea de tiempo y
arrástrelo al punto al que desee saltar.
4. Si toca la línea de tiempo se hace una pausa automáticamente
en la reproducción de vídeo.
Mueva el selector de tiempo y toque el botón < + > para
reanudar la reproducción.

Para usar un marcador
Puede marcar un punto de reproducción concreto en el vídeo como
punto inicial.
1. Mientras reproduce un vídeo, toque el botón < ★ > en la posición
en la que desee crear un marcador.
2. Aparece la ventana de adición de marcador; introduzca una
nota para el marcador y guárdela. La inserción de una nota es
opcional; la marca se puede guardar sin nota.

 Es posible añadir hasta 100 marcas y borrarlas de forma selectiva
una vez que se haya superado el límite.
3. Para reproducir un vídeo a partir de un punto marcado, vaya a
la pestaña Marcador <

 La transmisión de datos de red anterior se calcula basándose en el
modelo SNB-7000.
 No se admiten vídeos de más de 1,3 megapíxeles.
 Para una reproducción correcta y uniforme de las grabaciones
almacenadas, es necesario descargar con un ancho de banda superior
al ancho de banda mínimo especificado si la red sufre interferencias.

6. Ajuste de iPOLiS mobile
Para ajustar / cancelar / cambiar contraseña

de nuevo para instalarla.
Para establecer la página de inicio
1. Seleccione la pantalla de página de inicio en el menú “Ficha
Intr.” de la página de ajustes, que aparecerá una vez que se
ejecute iPOLiS mobile.
2. Si se selecciona <Live> se mostrará la lista de dispositivos donde
<Search> mostrará la búsqueda de dispositivos al principio.

Para ver la pantalla de ayuda
1. En la página de ajustes, toque <Ayuda> para ver la página de
configuración de idioma.
2. Seleccione el idioma y la página de ayuda de iPOLiS aparecerá
en el idioma seleccionado.

 Es posible detectar automáticamente el idioma del dispositivo
de visualización configurado y obtener la ayuda en dicho idioma.
La ayuda de iPOLiS mobile se facilita en 13 idiomas y el idioma
predeterminado es el inglés.

1. Toque <Acerca de iPOLiS mobile> en la página de ajustes.
2. Puede ver la información de la versión actual del software.

linking other code with the library.
We call this license the "Lesser" General Public License because it does
