Centered on Quality

Panasonic’s PT-L6600U and

PT-L6500U LCD projectors incorporate our highly acclaimed BriteOptic™ Dual Lamp system, which delivers high-definition images with superb brightness.

Specifically designed with extensive user input, we began by making key improvements to the system engine, then devised a symmetrical design that places the lens directly in the unit's center, for easier image positioning.

We also incorporated the latest DSP technology that assures precise, consistent performence.

The result: a series of projectors that deliver ultra-bright, beautiful images while greatly improving setup and maintenance ease.

See how brilliant your presentations look when delivered through a Panasonic PT-

L6600U/L6500U projector.

The PT-L6600UL/L6500UL delivers the same superior performance as the PT-L6600U and PT-L6500U, respectively, but come with no lens. Combine them with an optional lens to get the exact performance you need according to usage and operating conditions.

A Host of Panasonic’s Leading Technologies

Ultrahigh Brightness and

Contrast

Panasonic’s advanced BriteOptic™

Dual Lamp System delivers both

3,600 ANSI lumens of brightness and superior color reproducibility.

A corrective film is used to compensate for phase shifts in the light incident to the LCD panel, helping obtain a high contrast ratio.

The result is reproduction of crisp, clear, super-bright images with outstanding depth.

High Resolution & Intelligent

Image Resizing

The PT-L6600U/L6600UL offers true

SXGA resolution (UXGA max.) and the PT-L6500U/ L6500UL gives true

XGA resolution (UXGA max.), allowing display of detailed computer graphics and text. When displaying images of other types, the signals are expanded or compressed through a digital processing system.

This assures smooth outlines and outstanding picture definition with all types of images.

Flexible connection

The PT-L6600U and L6500U are equipped with a digital video interface (DVI), which lets you connect with PCs for full digital image processing. You can also input signals from digital TV and

DVD sources.

Installation options

Two ceiling mount brackets are available, one for high ceilings and one for lower ceilings. A bracket and a simpler stacking mount are also available, for quick, easy, temporary stacking of two units.

Easy setup and maintenance

The PT-L6600U and L6500U feature a symmetrical design that places the lens right at the center, making it easier to position the projector and screen. Maintenance is easier too, thanks to a design that lets you replace a lamp without removing the projector from the bracket in either the ceiling-mounted or dual stacking configuration.

Lamps can be easily replaced.

A host of uses

The PT-L6600U and L6500U provide the quality and performance needed in almost any application. Use them in meeting rooms, theaters, museums, convention halls, public spaces, schools, research labs—

RGB input delivers images with exceptional detail and accuracy. This makes the PT-L6600U and L6500U suitable for use as main systems for monitoring traffic or electric power, or in operation centers such as police, fire, air traffic control, and space development centers.

One-Touch Auto Setup

This function automatically identifies the signal mode of the input source and adjusts the image accordingly.

You get optimal viewing quality, with no additional software, equipment or manual adjustment necessary.

Lens Shift

Shift the projected image vertically even after the projector is set in position. The PT-L6600U/L6500U has a great adjustment range, and the image remains distortion free.

Increased Reliability

These projectors have a long lamp life of 3,000 hours (at dual lamp operation). With BriteOptic™ Dual
