FEATURES
* The CK-100 is a keyboard amplifier that features 38cm
(15) woofer, mid-range horn and dome type tweeter,
allowing superb amplification of the wide band keyboard
sound.
Two separate channel inputs are provided, allowing indi-
vidual volume control for two keyboards simultaneously.
Provided with the Attenuator control, the CK-100 can be
used with all types of the keyboards.
The Headphones Jack can be useful for your private
listening.
Carrying the CK-100 is easy by attaching the provided
casters.

IMPORTANT NOTES
To Main In Jack
Operating this amplifier near a neon or fluorescent lamp
may cause noise interference. If so, change the position
or the angle of the keyboard.
Turn the volume of this amplifier to zero before connecting
or disconnecting the plug. to protect the speaker from
excessive strain.
When setting up this amplifier with a keyboard, connect
the connection cord to the keyboard first, then to the
amplifier. When disconnecting, pull out the cord from the
amplifier first and then from the keyboard.
Avoid giving a strong shock to this amplifier, and do not
move it while it is operating.
Any kind of liquid such as water, juice, etc. should be
strictly avoided.
Do not use this amplifier in extreme humidity or heat, or
where it may be affected by dust.
Clean this amplifier with mild detergent, and do not use
thinner,
Use the specific fuse for replacing.

These jacks are to feed the signal from
the keyboards. By controlling the Volume
Knob 1 and 2, you can mix two input
signals at any proportion you like.

With the Volume Knobs, individual volume
control is possible. When the input signal
I$ too high, pull the knob to instantly
attenuate the level. (—15dB)

This section controls the tone of the

EFFECT JACKS
PRE-QUT JACK
MAIN-IN JACK
These jacks can be effectively used to
connect various effect units such as a
delay machine, reverb, etc. Connect the
Pre-Out to the Input of the effect unit,
and connect the Output of the effect
unit to the Main-In.
* Connecting the Main In Jack to the
Line-Out (or Pre-Out) of the other key-
board amplifier or PA/audio, the CK-100
will serve as a subordinate amplifier or
monitor amplifier. {In this case, however,
the knobs on the control panel does not
work.)
LINE-OUT JACK
This jack can be used for recording,
setting up with a second amplifier or
feeding the PA, etc.
* An effect unit cannot be set up between
the Line-Out and Main-In jacks.
IN CASE CF TROUBLE
If this amplifier does not operate properly, check “
as shown below. If the trouble cannot be remedied,
please contact your nearest service center.

The Power Indicator does
not light and no sound is
heard, even if the Power

See if the power cable is securely connected.

* The volume of the amplifier or keyboard is
set too low.
e There is something wrong with the connec-
tion cord.
e There is something connected to the Main-
In Jack.
e Turn the volume up.
e Exchange the cord.
e Disconnect the plug from the jack.
The volume is too low.
e The keyboard volume is set too low.
e The output selector switch of the keyboard
is set to the L {Low level).
e The Volume Knob on the CK-100 is pulled
and the attenuator functions.
® An effect unit is set up between the Pre-Out
and the Main-n Jacks with wrong ratio of
the input and output.
e Raise the volume to the appropriate level.
e Change the switch to H (High level).
e Push the Volume Knob to turn the attenuator
off.
eo Adjust the ratio of the input and output to
1:1.
Hum is heard.
e There is something wrong with the connec-
tion cord.
e Exchange the connection cord.
e There is a device that affects the CK-100. e Change the angle or position of the device.
