Installing the main unit and
the subwoofer
1. Pull up both speakers outwards.
2. Turn the unit. Place the glass shelf on top of it.

Wooden shelf
3. Place the wooden shelf on top of the screw.
4. Cover the screws on the speakers with the screw covers provided.

Use 2 “AA” size batteries (UM/SUM-3, R6, HP-7 or similar).

It is advisable for the top glass cover to be carried by 2 persons.
Top glass with sticker on its surface, must face upwards.
The maximum load for the top glass cover on the unit is 80 kg.
The glass is made of reinforced glass, but dropping pointed objects on it
or strongly hitting the surface may cause it to break.
The top glass cover and wooden shelf board are not fastened to the unit.
Take care when transporting the unit, otherwise these parts may fall off
and there is a risk of damage and injury.

Open the battery cover.

Insert the batteries as shown.

Close the cover.

To turn the power on
After checking all the connections have been made correctly, connect the
AC power lead to the wall socket.

5 Turn on your system
Playing a disc
Press the ON/STAND-BY button.
If the power does not turn on, check whether the power lead is plugged
in properly.

Press the DVD/CD button on the remote control or FUNCTION
button repeatedly on the main unit to select DVD/CD function.

Insert the disc into the disc slot, label side up.
The disc must be fully inserted into the disc slot before playing.
If “NO DISC” appears due to improper disc insertion, switch off the
AC power supply and then switch it on again.

To set the unit to stand-by mode:
8 cm disc can be inserted without an adaptor.
Press the ON/STAND-BY button again.
Note:

After the unit enters the power stand-by mode, wait a few seconds to
turn on again.
Some discs play automatically. If playback does not start, press
the
(DVD/CD
) button.

Remove the USB terminal cover. Connect the USB device. Press the

To select USB function, press the FUNCTION button (main unit) or AUX button (remote control) repeatedly.
