Settings for Dymo Printers
1. In AVImark and go to Utilities and click Printer Setup.
2. Select the Dymo for Drug Labels and select the Quality as Label Printer.
3. Click the Form Assignment tab and select 30258 Diskette in the box to the right of the
Dymo if you are using the recommended label size of 2 1/8 x 2 ¾.
4. Click ‘Done’ and close AVImark (don’t minimize the program).
5. Click the Start button and click Printers and Faxes. If you don’t have this option, click
Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes.
6. Right click on the Dymo and click Properties
7. Click Printing Preferences
8. Click the ‘Landscape’ option
9. Click ‘Advanced’
10. Select 30258 diskette as the paper size
11. Click Ok
All of the settings in AVImark and in the printer folder listed above must be made on each
computer the Dymo is installed on.
