Touch the appropriate button on the touchscreen, enter your employee ID, and place your finger on the scanner for biometric validation.

Click on the gray bar on the day you are scheduled to work, select the PTO work code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can add availability through the calendar or roster. Click on the gray bar along the top of the calendar day or search for the open shift on the roster and follow the instructions.

Click on the gray bar of the day you wish to trade, select the "Shift Trade Off" work code, select the person you are trading with, and follow the on-screen instructions. Both employees must complete the process, and the request must be approved by a staffer/scheduler.

To approve a timecard, touch the “Time Review” button, select either “Previous Pay Period” or “Current Pay Period,” review the calendar and select a specific date, then select “Approve,” add any necessary notes, and select “Approve” once more.
