2. FUNCTIONS
a. AUTO FAN
Fan speed shifted automatically by the difference of set temperature and room
temperature.
b. LOCK SET TEMPERATURE AND FAN SPEED SELECTION
To press SLEEP button till LOCK led on to lock the settings of set temperature
and operating mode selection. To press SLEEP button till LOCK led off to unlock
the settings of set temperature and operating mode selection.
c. SLEEP MODE
Once set sleep mode, the set temperature will rise 1 automatically after 1 hour
. The alteration of set temperature will go up twice then stay on last value.
However, if set temperature reaches 30 whthin two hour, set temperature will
remain 30 .
d. FIRE ALARM ( NOT AVAILABLE FOR UN-707BH/UN-707BHR )
When the room temperature is over 50 , the fire alarm relay will close and the
alarm starts warning.
e. ERROR CODE
"50" will be displayed, when room temperature is over 50 .
"08" will be displayed, when power box and control panel are disconnected..
"81" will be displayed, when sensor is disconnected.
"82" will be displayed, when sensor is short.
3. DISPLAY
Right Display : Room temperature is continuously shown on the right display
in power on or power off status.
Left Display : While setting auto-on/off timer, time is shown on left display. Otherwise, the
set temperature is continuously shown on left display in power on status.
RUN led : If UN-707B is used for direct expansion system, RUN led indicates the status
of compressor. If DEI-707B is used for chiller system, RUN led indicates the
status of 3-way valve.
SLEEP led : on while sleep mode.
AUTO OFF led : on while counting auto off timer.
AUTO ON led : on while counting auto on timer.
COOL led : on while cooling mode
FAN led : on while fan mode.
HEAT led : not used
LOCK led : on when keyboard is locked.
AUTO led : to indicate auto-fan status
LOW/MID/HIGH leds : to indicated fan speeds.
4. DESCRIPTIONS OF BUTTONS
a. POWER button - Press this button to turn on/off the controller.
b. TEMP SET button - Press or button, which below the twin display, to increase
or decrease set temperature which shown on the left display.
c. FAN SPEED button - Press this button to select three fan speeds or auto-fan.
Auto-fan is available only in Cooling.
d. TIMER / buttons - Press timer increase or decrease buttons in power-off status
to set auto-on timer ; or in power-on statue, press it to set auto-off timer. While
setting timer, time is shown on left display,
Without repressing any button within 5 seconds, display goes to show set temperature.
e. MODE SELECT button - Press this button to select operating mode i.e. Cooling or Fan.
5. SETTINGS OF DIP SWITCH (ON THE BACK SIDE OF CONTROL PANEL)
DIP SW 1. ON - Used for one to one direct expand cooler. 3-min. Delay protection is
embedded.
OFF - Used for ice water system or multi-fan coil system. No start protect is
embedded.
DIP SW 2. ON - Fan continuously on when reaches set temperature.
OFF - Fan stops when reaches set temperature.

DIP SW 3. Select the wiring type. (For more details, please find the
wiring diagram on the backside)
ON = one to one direct expansion air-conditioner
or fan coil.
OFF= one to multi direct expansion air-conditioners

DIP SW 4. Select the heating type. ON = heating by electric ; OFF = heating by boiler.

Note : After adjusting the dip switch, user must reset the power
supply to enable new setting.
