Use only wood pellets, ¼” and not over 1” long, that are dry and free of foreign matter. It is important to use premium quality pellet fuel for optimal performance and trouble-free operation.

Empty ashes from the burn pot after every 48 hours of burning. Clean the heat exchange tubes, interior chambers, and exhaust system weekly. At the end of each burn season, the stove should be completely cleaned and serviced.

Check for airflow restrictions in the hose or stove attachment pipes. Ensure the firebox is properly sealed, and check for proper vent pipe installation. Inspect wire connections to the airflow switch and Molex connector. Finally, verify that the combustion blower is functioning and receiving power.

A millivolt thermostat is required. You can use a fixed wall mount or Heat Tech hand-held model.
