Turn Off power source and input disconnect device.
Disconnect input plug or power conductors from
deenergized supply BEFORE moving power
source.
Tools Needed:

Properly install and secure power source into holes
provided on cart.
Always secure or remove any tools stored on cart
before moving unit.
Cart is only designed to handle weight of power
source, cables, torch, and a few simple tools − do not
overload cart with any additional weight.

Assembly Instructions

224 120 Cable Hanger (2)
224 115 Handle
Install left and right cable hanger by
inserting a socket wrench through
access hole and securing hanger
using supplied hardware.
Insert handle into holes located
below top tray, and secure using
supplied hardware.

Installing Power Source

Mounting Bracket (224 388)

Screw, 250-20 x 1.00
(108 941)
3 Nut, 250-20 (152 461)
Place power source on top or bottom tray. Select a set of holes that
align with the lower sheet metal
screws on unit.

Remove lower sheet metal screws
from unit. Install mounting brackets
and secure with supplied hardware.
Place unit between brackets and
reinstall sheet metal screws
through brackets and back into unit.
