Tipping equipment can injure, and damage equipment. Do
not move cart where two wheels are at different heights
and cart could tip − avoid tipping. Be careful when moving
unit over uneven surfaces.
Do not use an oversized cylinder or exceed maximum
cylinder weight.

Cylinders contain gas under high pressure and can explode if damaged. Never let a welding electrode touch
any cylinder. Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall,
or other stationary support.

jamais toucher une bonbonne avec une électrode. Attacher toujours une bonbonne à un mur ou à un support

Falling equipment can injure, and damage equipment.
Never put any body part under unit while lifting. Lifting
forks must extend out opposite side of base. Lift and support unit only with proper equipment and correct procedures. Follow the guidelines in the Applications Manual for
the Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation (Publication No.
94−110) when manually lifting heavy parts or equipment.

Assembly Instructions
Slide Axle (5) thru axle holes on
Frame Rails (1).
Attach Bottom Tray (4) to Frame
Rails using two #10 Phillips screws
(15).
Tools Needed:
Attach Top Tray (3) to Frame Rails
(1) using four #10 Phillips screws
(15).
Phillips Screwdriver
7/16 in., 3/4 in.
Attach casters (12) using washer
(20) and nut (21). Use 3/4 in.
wrench to tighten.
Install spacers (24) over each end
of Axle (5). Slide wheels (7) onto
Axle (5) . Lightly tap Retaining
Rings (22) into slots on each end of
Axle.

Attach Bottle Support Bracket (8) to
Rear Mounting Frame (6) using
three No. 10 Phillips Screws (15).

Attach Rear Mounting Frame (6) to
Frame Rails (1) using screw (16),
washer (18), and nut (19) . Hand−
tighten all hardware. Use 7/16 in.
wrenches to tighten completely.

Attach Consumable Tray Bracket
(11) to Frame Rails (1) using two
No. 10 Phillips screws (15).

Attach Cable Hangers (9) to Handle
(2) and Rear Mounting Frame (6)
using eight No. 10 Phillips screws
(15).

Attach Handle (2) to Frame Rails
(1) using screw (16), washer (18),
and nut (19). Hand−tighten all hardware. Use 7/16 in. wrenches to
tighten completely.

Lightly tap four Tubing Plugs (23)
into the exposed ends of Rear
Mounting Frame (6) and Frame
Rails (1).
Be sure that all hardware is tight,
then place welding power source
onto cart.
Attach Locking Tab (10) to Top Tray
(3) by loosely installing two screws
(17), washers (18), and nuts (19).
Slide locking tab against front panel
of power source to secure welding
power source to cart. Tighten the
hardware using 7/16 in. wrenches.
Slide Plastic Box (not shown) into
Consumable Tray Bracket (11).
Connect Chain (13) to slots in Bottle
Support Bracket (8).
. If using a small shielding gas
bottle, install Chain (13) into
slots in Top Tray (3).
