Power supply
@Do not operate or handle the power cable with wet hands. Doing so may result in

cord insulation to melt, resulting in electrical fire or electrocution.
eUse the power cable with the correct connector and make sure the power cable is
connected securely and is firmly in place. Failure to do so may result in electrical fire or

eDo not modify or cut the power cable. Also, do not place heavy objects on the power cable
or pull, insert, or bend the power cable using excessive force. Doing so may result in electrical

®When connecting the power cable to the product, ensure that the connection between
the cable plug and the power cable connector on the product is secure. If the connection
is loose, the power cable may become disconnected due to vehicle vibration. Video recording
is not available if the power connector is disconnected.

Compatible Micro SD Card
Olt supports micro SD card of 8 ~ 128GB (Class 10 and above).
However, it does not guarantee the operation of all micro SD cards.
O Cards of the UHS-I standard may not work even if they are interchangeable with Class 10.
@ Be careful when replacing the card as it does not support UHS-II and U3 standard cards.
@ The commercially available micro SD card may not be recognized depending on the manufacturer
and production lot.
Micro SD Card Format
It is recommended to format the card regularly. If you do not format the card regularly,
you may not be able to record correctly.
* Recommended once monthly.
Format with this unit
Power on — Press OK button to stop recording — Press MENU button 4 times, General setting
menu screen > [Format SD-Card] — OK button determined
Format on PC
Power off > Remove micro SD card from this unit > Connect micro SD card to computer >
Please operate the card format on the PC side.
Please Note:
ONote: Formatting the card will delete all the contents of the record. Please backup
necessary video filesin advance.
* Saved settings are not affected.
@ As micro SD card is a consumable item, it is recommended to replace it with a new one
periodically, even if you are using it normally,
If you use it for a long time, it may not be able to record normally and may occur error.

Time and Date Setting
This dash cam haven’ tthe function to synchronize the date and time automatically.
Set the date and time before using it, as it will display the date and time correctly in the recorded
video file.
1. Connect the power cable to this unit and turn on the power.
2. Press the OK button to stop recording.
3. Press the MENU button to display the setting menu.
Please refer to [P4 Part Names] for the position of the MENU button.

Move to [Time Setting] with the cursor button. When the OK button is pressed, the date
and time setting screen is displayed.

Adjust the number with the cursor button, and determine the item set with the OK button.
After completing the settings, return to the general settings menu screen.
5. Press the MENU button to return to movie mode. Please check the date and time display
on the LCD screen.

OThe date and time setting of this unit has an error of about 30 seconds per month, and
customers who have a requirement for time accuracy.Please adjust the date and time once
a month.
@ Since this unit haven’ t built-in battery, the set date and time can be stored for
about 2 to 3 weeks. Long time use.lf not used, please set the time.

Installation
@ Installing the front camera (main unit)
Follow the instructions to properly install the product.
Selecting an installation location
Select an installation location that can record the
entire view in front of the vehicle without obstructing
the driver’ s vision. Ensure that the front camera lens
is located in the center of the windshield.
(Connecting the power cable
When the engine and electrical accessories are turned off, connect the car charger.
The hardwiring cable (optional) must be professionally installed to the vehicle by a
trained mechanic.
Connect the car charger to the product” s DC-IN power
port (Mini USB power port) andinsert the cigar jack into the vehicle” s power
socket.
The location and specifications of the power socket may differ by vehicle make and model.
* Use the authentic car charger. Use of third party power cables may damage the product and
result in electrical fire or electrocution due to the voltage difference.
* Do not cut or modify the power cable yourself. Doing so may damage the product or the vehicle.
« For safe driving, arrange the cables to prevent the driver's vision from being obstructed or
interfering with driving.
Installing the rear camera
Refer to the following instructions to properly install the rear camera.
Selecting an installation location
Select a location on the rear windshield where there
is no defrost grid wire and the camera can record
the entire rear view.
Installation
* For vehicles with a sunshade attached to the rear windshield, you must select a location
where using the sunshade will not interfere with camera operation.
* The adhesive part of the rear camera should not touch the defrost grid.

Please open the car engine. turn the power on, dash cam will start recording automatically.
While checking the LCD screen, adjust the front and rear camera lens to the best angle.
Recording will stop automatically when the car engine is closed.
When the capacity of the microSD card is full, the latest video files will overwrite the oldest
video files (loop recording).Therefore, the latest video file is always saved.

Movie Recording Type
Loop recording (automatic overwrite video file)
It always records from engine start (ACC ON) to engine stop (ACC OFF).
Video is saved in units of 1 minute / 2 minutes / 3 minutes / 5 minutes / 10 minutes
depending on the setting.
When the card is full, files with the oldest date and time will be overwritten in order.
Emergency recording (video file will be overwritten)
X [Impact sensing recording]
During continuous recording, when the G sensor mounted on this unit detects an impact,
emergency recording starts automatically. Recorded video files are protected (locked).
X If G sensor sensitivity is set to off, shock can not be detected and shock detection recording
can not be started.
X [Manual emergency recording start]
During continuous recording, pressing the emergency recording button [ à activates
emergency recording.
While the emergency recording is recording, pressing the emergency recording ‚
utton again cancels the emergency recording and returns to the continuous recording.
* Video file recorded by shock detection recording and manual emergency recording is [Event]
of Micro SD card.
It is saved in a folder, and is automatically overwritten when the [Event] folder capacity is full.
About emergency recording save file

back cameras.
O If the number of emergency video files increases, the card capacity may be full and
recording may not be possible.Format the micro SD card regularly.
O It is recommended to set the loop recording time to 1 minute.

After confirming that the engine is off, connect a commercially available mini USB cable to the
unit and PC.When the [USB function] screen is displayed on the LCD screen of this unit, select
the [MSDC] item and press the OK button.The recorded file is displayed on the PC's external
device.
PY [Connect micro SD card for recording to PC]
After confirming that the engine is off, remove the micro SD card for recording, and use a
commercially available card. Connect to a PC with a reader. The recorded file is displayed
on the PC's external device.

Set the volume.

Select On / Off of the console operation sound.
Auto Power Off
While recording is stopped, if there is no operation for the set time [Never / 1 min /
5 mins], the power will be turned off automatically.
X If set to [Never], the power is on all the time.
Time Setting
Set the date and time.
Date Format
Set the date and time display format.
Stamp
Set whether to record the shooting date and time in the video file.
* Even when set to [Off], the date and time will be displayed on the shooting screen.

Set the display language.
Flicker
We prevent flicker such as LED signal light at the time of photography.
Screen Timeout
Select the setting time of the screen saver from [Off / 1 min / 3 mins].
Protect Level
Sets the sensitivity at which shock detection animation operates.
x When set to [Off], G sensor won” t work.
Motion Detection
Set the sensitivity at which motion detection animation operates.
X If set to [Off], motion detection recording couldn” t be used.
Setup Reset
Initializes all settings of this unit.
Format SD-Card
All data will be deletec, if you format card, please back up necessary files in advance.
FW Version
Displays the version of this unit's software.

Solution
Cannot power on
the product
@ Make sure the power cable (the car charger or the hardwiring
cable) is connected to the vehicle and the product properly.
OCheck the vehicle” s battery level.
Freeze, operation error
OPress the reset button to reset the machine.
The memory card
cannot be recognized.
OEnsure that the memory card has been inserted in the correct
direction. Before inserting the memory card, ensure that the
metal contacts on the memory card are facing toward the lens
of the product.
@Turn off the power, remove the memory card, and then check
to ensure that the contacts in the memory card slot are not
damaged.
@Ensure that the memory card is an authentic product
distributed by LANCERTECH. LANCERTECH does not guarantee
compatibility and normaloperation of third-party memory
cards.

@Check if the volume is set to the minimum. For more
information about how to adjust the volume, refer to P16
