• This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all local code specifications.

• This fixture is for indoor use only.

• Use ONLY the supplied LED driver to power fixture.

• Driver cable is not intended for use through or concealed behind walls, floors, or ceilings.

• This fixture is dimmable when using an

electronic low voltage (ELV)

dimmer. Note: dimmers that specify use with LED, but are not ELV, are NOT sufficient. They are designed to work with

LED “bulbs” not integrated LED fixtures.

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes to 1 hour

Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, ladder, safety glasses.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Orient the mounting bracket (B) so the raised center portion protrudes into the outlet box (not included). Insert long machine screws (DD) through mounting bracket (B) so they protrude outward. Connect the mounting bracket (B) to the outlet box with short machine screws (BB).

2. Wire connection guide:

Ground wire:

• For installation in the United States: Wrap ground wire from outlet box around ground screw on mounting bracket (B) no less than 2 in. from wire end. Tighten ground screw. If fixture is supplied with a ground wire, connect to outlet ground wire with a wire connector (AA).

• For installation in Canada: If fixture is supplied with ground wire, wrap ground wire around ground screw on mounting bracket

(B). Tighten ground screw.

• Connect the Neutral (White) supply wire from the outlet box to the Neutral fixture wire

(White or Parallel Cord “D” shaped and ribbed).

• Connect the Hot (Black) supply wire from the outlet box to the Hot fixture wire (Black or

Parallel Cord round and smooth).

NOTE:

Fixture wires will either be:

• Black and White.

• Parallel Cord SPT-2 lamp wire with one

round smooth wire and one “D” shaped

ribbed wire.

3. Pass canopy (A) over the long machine screws (DD) protruding from the mounting bracket (B) and secure in place with threaded knobs (CC).

4. Remove socket ring (E) from socket (C). Pass shade (D) over LED assembly (C) and secure with socket ring (D) using U-tool (EE).

Repeat for each socket (C).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Always be certain that electric current is turned off before cleaning this item.

• Use a soft, moist cloth with mild non-abrasive soap to clean fixture. Never use glass cleaner on fixture, as it will damage the metal finish.

• All glass shades may be washed in a towel-lined sink with warm water and mild soap. Do not wash shades in an automatic dishwasher.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fixture does not light. 1. Fixture may be wired incorrectly.

WARRANTY

The Distributor warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) year from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.

To replace a product that has a warranted defect, the Original Purchaser shall return any allegedly defective parts or products to the authorized Distributor the product was purchased from with PROOF

OF PURCHASE, Original Purchaser’s name and return address and a description of the claimed product defect.

If any of the warranted products are found by Distributor, in its sole discretion, to be defective, such products will, at Distributor’s sole option and cost, be replaced, repaired or refunded less an amount directly attributable to Original Purchaser’s prior use of the product. Distributor will return the repaired or replaced product prepaid freight. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product.

The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy against

Distributor shall be for the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein.

This warranty extends only to product ownership by the Original Purchaser; is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise; and is void if the Original Purchaser ceases to own the product.

This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, connected to voltage at more than 5% above standard North American voltage, unusual use (including but not limited to use in an environment where the annual average ambient operating temperature is below 27 or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit), neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, acts of god such as high winds, improper installation or care, failure to follow the Product’s written instructions for normal use and care, improper packaging of products returned to the Distributor, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners, salt water or salt air will void any and all warranties on exterior finishes. This warranty only applies when all components, including transformers, have been provided by the Distributor.

Substituting another manufacturer’s product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.

• Ne touchez pas les DEL chaudes.

• La lumière produite par les DEL est assez puissante pour blesser les yeux humains. Des précautions doivent être prises pour éviter de recevoir directement dans les yeux non protégés la lumière des DEL pendant plus de quelques secondes.

PRÉPARATION

Avant de commencer l’assemblage de l’article, assurez-vous d’avoir toutes les pièces. Comparez le contenu de l’emballage avec la liste de la quincaillerie incluse. S’il y a des pièces manquantes ou endommagées, ne tentez pas d’assembler l’article.

Temps d’assemblage approximatif : de 30 à 60 minutes.

Outils nécessaires pour l’assemblage (non inclus) : tournevis cruciforme, tournevis à tête plate, pinces à dénuder et ruban isolant, escabeau et lunettes de sécurité.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’ASSEMBLAGE

1. Orientez le support de fixation (B) de façon à ce que la partie centrale surélevée sorte du côté de la boîte de sortie (non incluse). Insérez les vis à métaux longues (DD) à travers le support de fixation (B) de façon à ce qu’elles dépassent de la boîte de sortie. Fixez le support de fixation

(B) à la boîte de sortie à l’aide des vis à métaux courtes (BB).

2. Guide pour la connexion des fils :

Fil de mise à la terre :

• Pour une installation aux États-Unis :

Enroulez le fil de mise à la terre de la boîte de sortie autour de la vis de mise à la terre du support de fixation (B), à au moins 5,08 cm de l’extrémité du fil. Serrez la vis de mise à la terre. Si le luminaire est muni d’un fil de mise

à la terre, raccordez-le au fil de mise à la terre de la boîte de sortie à l’aide d’un capuchon de connexion (AA).

• Pour une installation au Canada : Si le luminaire est muni d’un fil de mise à la terre, enroulez-le autour de la vis de mise à la terre du support de fixation (B). Serrez la vis de mise à la terre.

Fils d’alimentation :

• Raccordez le fil d’alimentation neutre (blanc) de la boîte de sortie au fil neutre du luminaire

(fil blanc ou cordon parallèle nervuré en forme de « D »).

• Raccordez le fil d’alimentation noir chargé de la boîte de sortie au fil chargé du luminaire (fil noir ou cordon parallèle rond et lisse).

• Vérifiez toujours que le courant est coupé avant de nettoyer le luminaire.

• Utilisez un linge doux et humide ainsi qu’un savon non abrasif. N’utilisez jamais de nettoyant pour vitres; vous risqueriez d’endommager le fini métallique du luminaire.

• Tous les abat-jour en verre peuvent être nettoyés dans un évier couvert de serviettes, à l’aide d’eau tiède et de savon doux. Ne lavez pas les abat-jour dans un lave-vaisselle.

INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD

Lea y comprenda completamente este manual antes de intentar ensamblar, usar o instalar el producto.

ADVERTENCIA

• IMPORTANTE: NUNCA intente realizar trabajo alguno sin desconectar la electricidad.

• Vaya a la caja principal de fusibles o interruptor de circuitos de su casa. Lleve a la posición de apagado ("OFF") y desenrosque el o los fusibles, o lleve a la posición de apagado ("OFF") el o los interruptores de circuitos que controlan la corriente que llega a la lámpara o a la habitación en la que está trabajando.

• Lleve el interruptor de la pared a la posición de apagado ("OFF"). Si la lámpara que va a ser remplazada tiene un interruptor o cadena, llévelos a la posición de apagado ("OFF").

• No toque el LED caliente.

• El haz de luz LED es lo suficientemente fuerte para lesionar los ojos humanos. Se deben tomar precauciones para prevenir ver directamente los LED con los ojos sin protección por más de unos pocos segundos.

• Prop. 65 de California

PRECAUCIÓN

• Lea y comprenda por completo todas las instrucciones e ilustraciones antes de proceder con el ensamblaje e instalación de esta lámpara.

• Si tiene alguna duda sobre cómo instalar esta lámpara, o si la lámpara no funciona completamente, por favor contacte a un contratista eléctrico calificado y autorizado.

• Se deben utilizar todas las piezas como se indica en estas instrucciones. No sustituya ninguna pieza, no omita ninguna pieza ni utilice piezas que estén desgastadas o dañadas. El no obedecer esta instrucción podría invalidar la homologación UL, la certificación C.S.A. y/o la homologación

ETL de esta lámpara.

• Esta lámpara está destinada para su instalación de acuerdo con el Código Nacional Eléctrico

(NEC) y todas las especificaciones de todos los códigos locales.

• Esta lámpara es únicamente para uso en interiores.

• Use ÚNICAMENTE el motor LED suministrado para dar energía a la lámpara.

• El cable del motor no está destinado para el uso a través de paredes, pisos o cielos rasos, u oculto tras los mismos.

• NO ponga en funcionamiento la lámpara si cualquiera de sus luces no está funcionando o lo está haciendo indebidamente, o la lámpara podría dañarse más.

PREPARACIÓN

Antes de comenzar a ensamblar el producto, asegúrese de tener todas las piezas. Compare las piezas con la lista del contenido del paquete y el diagrama. No intente ensamblar el producto si falta alguna pieza o si estas están dañadas.

Tiempo estimado de ensamblaje: 30 minutos a 1 hora.

Herramientas necesarias para el ensamblaje (no se incluyen): Destornillador Phillips, destornillador plano, pinzas pelacables, cinta aislante.

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENSAMBLAJE

1. Oriente el soporte de montaje (B) de modo tal que la sección central elevada sobresalga hacia el interior de la caja de salida (no se incluye).

Coloque los tornillos para metales largos (DD) a través del soporte de montaje (B) de modo que dichos tornillos (DD) sobresalgan. Conecte el soporte de montaje (B) a la caja de salida con los tornillos para metales cortos (BB).

2. Guía para la conexión de los conductores:

Conductor de puesta a tierra:

• Para la instalación en los Estados Unidos:

Coloque el conductor de puesta a tierra de la caja de salida alrededor del tornillo de puesta a tierra en el soporte de montaje (B), a no menos de 5,08 cm del extremo del conductor. Apriete el tornillo de puesta a tierra. Si la lámpara cuenta con un conductor de puesta a tierra, conéctelo al conductor de puesta a tierra de la caja de salida con un conector de cables (AA).

• Para la instalación en Canadá: Si la lámpara cuenta con un conductor de puesta a tierra, enróllelo alrededor del tornillo de puesta a tierra en el soporte de montaje (B).

Apriete el tornillo de puesta a tierra.

Conductores de suministro:

• Conecte el conductor neutro de suministro de la caja de salida (blanco) al conductor neutro de la lámpara (blanco o cable paralelo “D” y estriado).

• Conecte el conductor de suministro (negro) de la caja de salida al conductor de la lámpara (negro o cordón en paralelo redondo y liso).

3. Pase la base (A) sobre los tornillos para metales largos (DD) que sobresalen del soporte de montaje (B) y fíjela con las arandelas de seguridad (EE) y con las perillas roscadas (CC).

4. Retire el anillo del portalámpara (E) del portalámpara (C). Pase la pantalla (D) sobre el ensamble del LED (C) y asegure con anillo del portalámpara (D) y con ayuda de la herramienta en U (EE).

Repita el procedimiento para cada portalámpara (C).

MANTENIMIENTO Y CUIDADO

• Siempre asegúrese de que la corriente eléctrica esté desconectada antes de limpiar este artículo.

• Utilice un paño húmedo suave y jabón suave no abrasivo para limpiar la lámpara. Nunca utilice un limpiador para vidrio en la lámpara porque este dañará el acabado metálico.

• Las pantallas de vidrio se pueden lavar dentro de un lavabo recubierto con toallas usando agua tibia y jabón suave. No lave las pantallas en un lavaplatos automático.

GARANTÍA

El distribuidor garantiza que sus productos no presentará defectos de fabricación en el material o la mano de obra durante un período de un (1) año desde la fecha de su compra original.

Para reemplazar un producto que tenga un defecto garantizado, el comprador original debe devolver todas las piezas o productos supuestamente defectuosos al distribuidor autorizado al que le compró el producto con la PRUEBA DE COMPRA, el nombre y la dirección del comprador original y una descripción del defecto del producto reclamado.

Si el distribuidor encuentra defectos, a su sola discreción, en alguno de los productos garantizados, dicho producto, a opción y costo del distribuidor, será reemplazado, reparado o reembolsado menos una cantidad directamente atribuible al uso previo del producto por el comprador original. El distribuidor devolverá el producto reparado o sustituido con el flete prepagado. Esta garantía no cubre los costos de mano de obra u otros costos o gastos para retirar o instalar cualquier producto defectuoso, reparado o reemplazado.

Por este acto las partes acuerdan expresamente que el único y exclusivo recuso legal del comprador original contra el distribuidor será la reparación, reemplazo o reembolso de productos defectuosos según lo dispuesto en el presente documento. Esta garantía se extiende solamente al periodo durante el cual el producto sea propiedad del comprador original; no es transferible a herederos, propietarios posteriores, o similar y se anulará si el comprador original deja de poseer el producto.

Esta garantía no se aplica a ningún producto que haya sido sometido a abuso, mal uso, aplicación incorrecta, conectado a un voltaje a más del 5% por encima del voltaje estándar norteamericano, uso inusual (incluyendo, entre otros, el uso en un ambiente donde la temperatura de funcionamiento ambiente media anual es inferior a 27 o superior a 95 grados Fahrenheit), negligencia (incluyendo, entre otros, el mantenimiento inadecuado), accidente, casos fortuitos tales como vientos fuertes, instalación o cuidado inadecuado, incumplimiento de las instrucciones escritas del producto para uso normal y cuidado, embalaje inadecuado de los productos devueltos al distribuidor, la modificación

(incluyendo pero sin limitarse el uso de piezas no autorizadas o accesorios), o el ajuste o reparación.

La exposición significativa del producto a sustancias químicas, limpiadores fuertes, agua salada o aire salado anulará todas y cada una de las garantías en los acabados exteriores. Esta garantía solo aplica cuando todos los componentes, incluyendo los transformadores, han sido proporcionados por el distribuidor. Al sustituir otro producto y/o componente del fabricante, la garantía quedará completamente anulada.

ESTA GARANTÍA LE OTORGA DERECHOS LEGALES ESPECÍFICOS. TAMBIÉN PUEDE TENER

OTROS DERECHOS QUE VARÍAN DE ESTADO A ESTADO. ALGUNOS ESTADOS NO PERMITEN

LA GARANTÍA ANTERIOR SUSTITUYE A CUALQUIERA OTRAS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O

IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO LAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA CUALQUIER

PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR O INFRACCIÓN. EL COMPRADOR ORIGINAL NO TENDRÁ

DERECHOS A DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES, FORTUITOS O RESULTANTES DE

CUALQUIER NATURALEZA, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTROS, EL LUCRO CESANTE, LOS

GASTOS PROMOCIONALES Y O DE MANUFACTURA, LOS GASTOS FIJOS, LA DIFAMACIÓN O

LA PÉRDIDA DE CLIENTES, CONCEPTOS DE LOS CUALES EL DISTRIBUIDOR NO SERÁ

RESPONSABLE.
