How is the drive chain slack adjusted?

The procedure involves: 1. Inspecting the slack (standard: 25 ∼ 30 mm). 2. Removing the cotter pin and loosening the axle nut. 3. Loosening both chain adjuster nuts. 4. Turning the left and right chain adjusters outwards uniformly until the correct slack is achieved, ensuring correct wheel alignment. 5. Securing the adjuster nuts, and then tightening the axle nut to 127 N·m (92 ft·lb). 6. Installing a new cotter pin.

What is the procedure for bleeding the cooling system?

  1. Start the engine with the radiator cap removed and let it run until no more air bubbles appear in the coolant. 2. Tap the radiator hoses to release trapped air bubbles. 3. Stop the engine, and top up the coolant to the radiator filler neck. 4. Install the radiator cap. 5. Start the engine and warm it up until the radiator fan engages, then stop the engine. 6. After the engine cools down, check the coolant level in the reservoir and add coolant up to the full level line if necessary.
