Install RD Services:

Step 3: Install both the downloaded setup

Step 4: ( Test) after installation is done connect the device. Click on the

APCL icon in the tool bar and select the option to test ‘Test Capture’.

Step 5: Now you can use the device on the tribal website.

Install Driver:

Step 1: Open the Link http://www.startek-eng.com/technology.aspx?keys=fm+220

Step 2: Download the Driver for FM220U

Step 3: Go to Device Manager in your Computer. Right click on the FM

220 and select Update Driver.

Step 4: Select browse my computer for driver software

Copy the Path of the driver location

Step 5: Connect the device for use.
