The DryView 8100 can accept input from one image source at a time, either digital or analog. It supports 3M Protocol Standard for digital input, RS-170 compatible input for video, and DICOM network interface through a PACS Link 9410 or 9405.

The DryView 8100 can be controlled through a host controller, a DryView V2 keypad, or a HPT keypad. The host controller can be located up to 60 meters from the imager, the DryView V2 keypad up to 3 meters or 60 meters with a UKEIB, and the HPT keypad up to 3 meters.

Connect the cable between the DryView 8100 and the digital modality. Refer to Figure 2-5 in the document for cable connection details.

The DryView 8100 has specific operating environment requirements. The ideal temperature range is 15° to 35°C (59° to 95°F) and humidity should be between 15% to 85% RH, noncondensing. The maximum magnetic field allowed is 50 Gauss.
