Buyer can register from home page. On clicking on “Join as Buyer” button, registration form will
open.

Description for Registration Page:
Buyer can fill all details and click on Submit to register. After registration, registration confirmation
email will be sent to Buyer. Buyer will be able to login only after approval from Admin. After Admin
approval, Company approval email with Login credentials will be sent to respective user.

Buyer can view all product list that is available for bid. Buyer can only view the products for which
he has registered. Buyer can also filter products using product category and bid on product from this
page.

Description for Submit Bid:
Buyer can bid a product from this page. Seller will be notified for new bid generation via email but
bid will be enable only after admin approval. Buyer cannot bid high price than actual bid amount
and bid amount can be $100 less than actual price not more.

Buyer can view past bid history of a product with product name, actual amount, bid amount, admin
approval status, and bid status. If Seller accepts bid, then it will display “Accepted” with View
document button.

Buyer can view bid details and download common sales contract and by clicking on “View
Document” link. Buyer have to accept terms and condition and have upload agreement document.
