Step 2. Install support brackets on TS rails
Slide (2) pairs of the bolt assemblies (that were put together in Step 1 ) into the inside T-slot on each of the (2) TS rails. Drop the (4) rail support brackets on the (4) pairs of bolt assemblies. (See Fig. 4 ) Finger tighten only.
Position the support brackets on each rail so that each bracket will be located about 3 inches from each edge of the router table that they will support. The final position of the support brackets will be determined in Step 4.

Second - Drop (4) support brackets on bolt assemblies.
Finger tighten only.
First- Slide (4) bolt assemblies on each of the (2) TS rails
Step 3. Attach stiffeners to bottom of table
Turn the router table upside-down, then position one of the stiffeners 1” - 2” from the edge of the router table that will butt against the table saw. Position the second stiffener 2” - 5” from the router opening. Now drill 1/8” pilot holes and screw the stiffeners to the bottom of the table with the #10 phillips wood screws and
#10 washers.
DO NOT DRILL THROUGH
THE ROUTER TABLE .
TIP: When installing the stiffeners, place the router table upside down on the support brackets installed in Step 2. This places the table at a convenient working height.

Step 4. Lower the router table onto the support brackets
Position the support brackets 2” - 4” from the left and right edges of the router table (See Fig. 6 ). For tables wider than 32”, the table support brackets can be positioned 4” - 8” from each edge.

Step 5. Attach router table to support brackets
Drill 1/8” Pilot holes and secure the table to the support brackets with the #10 washers and #10 wood screws (see Fig. 7 ).
DO NOT
DRILL THROUGH THE TABLE . Try to avoid drilling a pilot hole under the table’s miter channel (if it has one). If this is unavoidable, you can prevent the #10 screw from projecting into the miter channel by using two #10 washers instead of just one on the #10 screw. (extras washers are supplied for this purpose).
Now, make a final adjustment to the height of each table support bracket to insure that the top of the router table is flush and level with the top of the saw table. A long straight edge is useful for this alignment.
