The Operator’s Manual should be read carefully before operating on your ， equipment, The ice cream hardness and other parameter valves of this machine have been set to give you dependable operation. If ice cream is too soft , the hardness setting value on the right should be increase 1.0 gradually. If ice cream is too hard ,the hardness setting value on the right should be reduce 1.0 gradually.

When the machine has been used for a period of time, please adjust the tension nut of belt to ensure that the belt is tight.Before adjusting it, the main power supply to the machine must be disconnected.

Install the stirring shaft

Slide the the stirring shaft into the freezing cylinder

Press it to confirm elasticity

Install the liquid outlet valve

Tighten the fixing nuts diagonally ， Install the handle and fixing nuts

Pour the ice cream mix into the hopper ， The the ice cream mix is evenly p oured into two tanks

Exhaust air ， Discharge about

300ML of ice cream mix from the left and right outlets and press the “CLEAN” button

Connect the power ， Switch on the matching power supply ， Place the control switch in the ON position

Cleaning ， Add some water to the hopper and press the

“CLEAN” button

Draw off all water after 3 minutes

Making ice cream ， Press the”AUTO” key , the machine starts to work, the default hardness value is 4.0

After reaching the hardness value you set , the machine stop to work , press down the handle to put out the ice cream
