STMicroelectronics STPST10H100SB-Y Datasheet
STMicroelectronics STPST10H100SB-Y is a 10 A, 100 V rectifier based on ST trench technology that achieves the best-in-class VF/IR trade-off for a given silicon surface. It is suitable for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as in automotive, DC/DC converters or ECU power supply. With its low forward voltage drop, low recovery charges, and 100% avalanche tested in production, this device reduces conduction, reverse and switching losses. It is also adapted to freewheeling applications, OR-ring, or reverse polarity protection.
