When you first receive your new electronic safe you
will need to open the door with the key in order to
install the batteries. Batteries are included and are
located inside the safe.
Instructions
NOTE: You can store your Key #, Serial #
and Combination on Stack-On’s SECURE
web site – www.stack-on.com under Service.
Storing your Key # or Combination will provide
instant access to this important information
should you ever lose your keys or your
combination.
Only you will have access to this information.
To open the door with the key, first remove the
lock cover from the front of the faceplate using a
thin bladed flathead screwdriver as shown. Insert
the key and turn counterclockwise. Hold the key
in the open position and turn the knob to the
right to open the door.

Record the serial number from the tag on the back
of the safe or the tag on the inside of the lock cover
plate on the front of the safe.
Record your combination number.
Keep keys and combination in a secure place away
from children.

NOTE: This key has also been provided in case
you lose or forget your security code or the
batteries run low. If you lose your key, you may
purchase a replacement key by referencing the
serial number located under the removable lock
cover. See section at the end of this instruction
regarding replacement keys.
Locate the batteries inside the safe. Open the
battery compartment on the back of the door by
pushing the tab in the direction of the arrow and
install the batteries.
NOTE: The reset button located on the inside
of the door, is covered with a removable cap.
When you use the reset button while setting
your own combination, remove the cap to
access the button. Use a pen tip to push the
reset button.
Replace the cap securely over the reset button
after setting your combination. Failure to do
so will compromise the safety and security of
the safe.

ENTERING YOUR SECURITY CODE
To enter your own security code you will need to
follow the steps listed below:
1. After installing the batteries, locate the reset button
on the back of the door.
2. Press the reset button with a pen and then release
it, you will hear a beep. DO NOT SHUT THE
DOOR UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT
YOUR NEW SECURITY CODE HAS BEEN
ENTERED CORRECTLY.
3. With the door open, enter your own personal
security code, which can be 3-8 digits long, and
confirm your new code by pressing the .... key on
the electronic touch pad. You will have 3 seconds to
press the .... key otherwise you will have to start
over from step one. There will be 2 beeps (if the
sound is turned on) and the green light will flash
twice if your code has been entered successfully.
Before you close the door, enter the new security
code and press the .... key to make sure the lock
releases the knob so you can turn it and retract the
live action locking bolts.
If the code fails, go through steps 1-3 again. If the
code works successfully, then you should lock the
safe.
When you open the safe in the future enter the
security code you have set followed by the .... key
and turn the knob.
If an incorrect security code is entered 3 times the
safe will beep 5 times (if the sound is turned on) and
the red light will flash 5 times resulting in the safe
being automatically locked out for 60 seconds before
you can try your code again. The safe will beep one
time (if the sound is turned on) and the green light
will flash once when the lockout period is over.
If an incorrect security code is entered 1 additional
time the safe will beep 5 times (if the sound is turned
on) and the red light will flash 5 times resulting in the
safe being automatically locked out for 5 minutes
before the code can be tried again. The safe will beep
one time (if the sound is turned on) and the green
light will flash once when the lockout period is over.
Write your new combination on this form or store
your combination on our secure website at
www.stack-on.com under Service. If you write down
your combination you must keep this information in
a secure place, away from children, not inside the safe.
LOCKING THE SAFE
To lock the safe, close the door and turn the knob to
the left to the 12:00 position.
NOTE ON LOCKING THE SAFE: Because the
locking mechanism is deactivated for
approximately 3 to 6 seconds after the
combination is entered, wait a minimum of 6
seconds from the time the combination is entered
to lock the safe. Also, when locking the safe,
always make sure the knob is turned completely
to the left to the 12:00 position. If the knob is not
turned to the 12:00 position during the locking
process, the locking mechanism will not lock.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
SECURING THE SAFE
NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not
mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries.
NOTE: This safe must be mounted to a wall
stud, and to a permanent shelf or the floor.
Failure to do so will compromise the safety and
security of the safe.
This safe uses 4 - AA batteries. Under normal use,
batteries will last about 1 year.
NOTE: If the batteries are low, the yellow light will
flash when you start to enter your code.
To replace the batteries, open the battery
compartment on the back of the door by pushing the
tab in the direction of the arrow and install all new
batteries.
NOTE ON LOCKING THE SAFE: The safe
needs to be in an upright position, as shown in
figure 1, for the locking mechanism to function
properly. Failure to mount the safe in the correct
upright position will compromise the safety and
security of the safe.

TURNING THE KEYPAD SOUND
OFF/ON
Your safe comes with the "Beep" sound turned on.
You can turn off the "Beep" sound of the keypad
by pressing the ... key.
To turn the "Beep" sound on, press the
key again.

SELECTING A LOCATION
The safe must be mounted to a wall stud, and to a
permanent shelf or the floor. For optimal safety
and security, the safe should be installed in an
isolated, dry and secure area.

Secure the safe to a wall stud, and to a permanent
shelf or floor, using the predrilled mounting holes in
the safe.
NOTE: The safe must be secured to a wall stud on
one side of the safe in the top and bottom holes in
the back of the safe so that it is anchored to the
wall stud in two locations. Wall anchors should be
used on the other side. The safe should also be
mounted to a permanent shelf or to the floor. Use
the hardware provided or consult your hardware
retailer for fastening hardware for your particular
mounting surfaces.
MAINTENANCE
Tools Required:
Phillips screwdriver
5mm Allen wrench
If the door of the safe starts to rub on the door
frame, open the door per the instructions above.
By the door hinges you will find a threaded stem.
Use an Allen Wrench to tighten the threaded stem.
This will realign the door.
Mark the holes to be used. Drill the appropriate
diameter and depth of pilot holes depending on
the type of hardware being used and the mounting
surface.
Secure the safe with the fasteners. (Figure 2)

Keep keys and your combination number in a secure
place, away from children. Keep this record of your serial
number and combination in a secure place separate from
your safe. To order a replacement key set, follow the
instructions on the attached form.

STEEL SAFES
Stack-On Products Co. (“Stack-On”) Steel Safes are warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. This
warranty extends to the initial consumer only.
If you believe there is a defect in material or workmanship in your Steel Safe during the three-year
warranty period, please contact our customer service department, by regular mail or email at the address
listed below, and include with your correspondence proof of purchase information and the model number
of the safe.

Lorsque vous recevrez votre nouveau coffre à
serrure électronique, vous devrez ouvrir la porte
avec la clé afin d'installer les piles. Les piles sont
incluses et sont situés à l'intérieur du coffre-fort.

relatifs à vos nº de clés, nº de série et à vos

www.stack-on.com, à la rubrique Service.
L’enregistrement de vos nº de clés ou de vos
combinaisons vous permet d’accéder instantanément à
ces renseignements essentiels, en cas de perte d’une
clé ou d’oubli d’une combinaison.
Vous seul pourrez accéder à ces informations.
Pour ouvrir la porte avec la clé, retirez d'abord le
couvercle de la serrure à l'avant de la façade à l'aide
d'un tournevis à tête plate mince lame comme
indiqué. Insérez la clé et tournez dans le sens
antihoraire. Maintenez la clé en position ouverte et
tournez le bouton vers la droite pour ouvrir la porte.

NOTE: Cette clé a également été fourni au cas où
vous perdez ou oubliez votre code de sécurité ou les
piles sont faibles. Si vous perdez votre clé, vous
pouvez acheter une clé de remplacement en
référençant le numéro de série situé sous le
couvercle de la serrure amovible. Voir la section à la
fin de cette instruction concernant les clés de
remplacement.
Repérez les piles à l'intérieur du coffre. Ouvrez le
compartiment des piles à l'arrière de la porte en
poussant la patte dans le sens indiqué par la flèche et
installez les piles.
REMARQUE: Le bouton de remise à zéro situé à
l'intérieur de la porte, est recouvert d'un capuchon
amovible. Lorsque vous utilisez le bouton de
réinitialisation tout en établissant votre propre
combinaison, enlever le bouchon pour accéder au
bouton. Utiliser un embout de stylo pour appuyer
sur le bouton de réinitialisation.
Remettez le bouchon en toute sécurité sur le bouton
de réinitialisation après avoir réglé votre combinaison. Ne pas le faire risque de compromettre la
sécurité du coffre-fort.

ENTRER VOTRE CODE DE SÉCURITÉ
Suivez les étapes suivantes pour entrer votre propre
code de sécurité :
1. Après avoir installé les piles, localisez le bouton de
réinitialisation à l'arrière de la porte.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation avec un
stylo puis relâchez-le, vous entendrez un bip. NE
FERMEZ PAS LA PORTE AVANT DE VOUS
ÊTRE ASSURÉ QUE VOTRE NOUVEAU CODE
DE SÉCURITÉ A ÉTÉ ENTRÉ
CORRECTEMENT.
3. Avec la porte ouverte, entrez votre propre code de
sécurité personnelle, qui peut être 3-8 chiffres et
confirmer votre nouveau code en appuyant sur la
touche .... sur le pavé tactile électronique. Vous
aurez 3 secondes pour appuyer sur la touche ....
sinon vous devrez recommencer depuis la première
étape. Il y aura 2 bips (si le son est activé) et la
lumière verte clignote deux fois si votre code a été
entré avec succès. Avant de fermer la porte, entrez le
nouveau code de sécurité et appuyez sur la touche
.... pour faire en sorte que le verrou lâche le bouton
de sorte que vous pouvez tourner et retirer les
boulons de blocage de l'action en direct.
Si le code ne fonctionne pas, répétez les étapes 1 à 3.
Si le code permet d'ouvrir la porte, vous serez en
mesure de verrouiller le coffre.
Lorsque vous ouvrez le coffre-fort à l'avenir entrer le
code de sécurité que vous avez défini suivi de la
touche .... et tourner le bouton.
Si un code de sécurité incorrect est entré 3 fois le
coffre émettra 5 bips sonores (si le son est activé) et la
lumière rouge clignote 5 fois en résultent dans le
coffre étant automatiquement verrouillé pendant 60
secondes avant que vous pouvez essayer de nouveau
votre code. Le coffre-fort émet un bip (si le son est
activé) et la lumière verte clignote une fois lorsque la
période de lock-out est terminé.
Si un code de sécurité incorrect est entré 1 fois
supplémentaires le coffre émettra 5 bips sonores (si le
son est activé) et la lumière rouge clignote 5 fois
résultant dans le coffre étant automatiquement
verrouillé pendant 5 minutes avant que le code peut
être jugé à nouveau . Le coffre-fort émet un bip (si le
son est activé) et la lumière verte clignote une fois
lorsque la période de lock-out est terminé.
Écrivez votre nouvelle combinaison sur ce formulaire
ou de ranger votre combinaison sur notre site
sécurisé à www.stack-on.com sous Service. Si vous
écrivez votre combinaison, vous devez conserver ces
informations dans un endroit sûr, loin des enfants,
pas l'intérieur du coffre.
BLOCAGE DE LA SÉCURITÉ
Pour verrouiller le coffre-fort, fermez la porte et
tournez le bouton vers la gauche à la position 12:00.
NOTE SUR LE BLOCAGE SÉCURITAIRE:
Parce que le mécanisme de verrouillage est
désactivé pendant environ 3 à 6 secondes après le
regroupement est entré, attendre un minimum
de 6 secondes à partir du moment où
l'association est entré pour verrouiller le
coffre-fort. En outre, lors du verrouillage du
coffre-fort, toujours s'assurer que le bouton est
tourné complètement vers la gauche à la position
12:00. Si le bouton n'est pas allumé à la position
12:00 pendant le processus de verrouillage, le
mécanisme de verrouillage ne se verrouille pas.

REMPLACEMENT DES PILES
FIXATION DU COFFRE
NOTA : Ne mélangez pas les vieilles piles et les piles
neuves. Ne mélangez pas les piles alcalines, standard
ou rechargeables.
NOTE: Ce coffre-fort doit être monté sur un
poteau mural, et une étagère permanent ou le sol.
Ne pas le faire risque de compromettre la sûreté
et la sécurité du coffre-fort.
Ce coffre fonctionne avec quatre piles AA. Dans des
conditions d'utilisation normales, les piles dureront
environ un an.
REMARQUE: Si les piles sont faibles, la lumière
jaune clignote lorsque vous commencez à saisir votre
code.
NOTE SUR LA FERMETURE DU COFFRE: Les
besoins sécuritaires d'être dans une position
verticale, comme le montre la figure 1, le
mécanisme de verrouillage pour fonctionner
correctement. Le défaut de monter le coffre-fort
dans la position verticale correcte compromettre
la sécurité et la sûreté du coffre-fort.
Pour remplacer les piles, ouvrez le compartiment des
piles à l'arrière de la porte en poussant la patte dans le
sens de la flèche. Remplacez toutes les piles.

CHOIX DE L'EMPLACEMENT
La sécurité doit être monté sur un poteau de
cloison, et une étagère permanente ou le
plancher. Pour plus de sécurité et une sécurité
optimale, la sécurité doit être installé dans un
endroit isolé, sec et sécuritaire.

Fixez le coffre-fort à un poteau mural, et une étagère
permanent ou au sol, en utilisant les trous de montage
pré-percés dans le coffre.
NOTE: Le coffre-fort doit être fixé à un montant
de mur sur un côté de la sécurité dans les trous en
haut et en bas à l'arrière du coffre-fort de sorte
qu'il est ancré au montant de mur à deux endroits.
Chevilles doivent être utilisés sur l'autre côté. La
sécurité doit également être montée sur une
étagère permanente ou le plancher. Utilisez le
matériel fourni ou consulter votre revendeur de
matériel pour la fixation matérielle de vos surfaces
de montage particulier.
ENTRETIEN
Outils nécessaires:
tournevis cruciforme
5mm Clé Allen
Si la porte du coffre frotte sur le cadre, ouvrez la
porte selon les directives plus haut.
Près des charnières de la porte se trouve une tige
filetée. Resserrez la tige à l'aide d'une clé Allen.
Cela réaligner la porte.
Marquer les trous à utiliser. Percer au diamètre et
à la profondeur appropriée des trous de guidage
en fonction du type de matériel utilisé, et la
surface de montage.
Fixez le coffre-fort avec les fixations. (Figure 2)

IMPORTANT
Gardez vos clés et votre combinaison en lieu sûr, hors de
portée des enfants. Gardez le présent document portant le
numéro de la série et la combinaison dans un endroit sûr, à
l'écart du coffre. Pour obtenir un jeu de clés de
remplacement, suivez les directives sur le formulaire joint.

Cuando reciba su caja fuerte electrónica tendrá que
abrirla con la llave para poder instalar las pilas. Las
baterías están incluidas y se encuentran dentro de la
caja fuerte.
Para abrir la puerta con la llave, primero quitar la
tapa de la cerradura de la parte delantera de la placa
frontal con un destornillador de cabeza plana de
hoja delgada tal como se muestra. Inserte la llave y
gírela en sentido antihorario. Mantenga la llave en la
posición abierta y gire la perilla hacia la derecha para
abrir la puerta.

Registre el número de serie ubicado en la parte
de atrás de la caja fuerte o de la etiqueta
ubicada adentro de la tapa de la cerradura en la

seguro y fuera del alcance de los niños.

NOTA: Esta tecla también se ha proporcionado en caso
de que usted pierde u olvida su código de seguridad o
las baterías se agotan. Si usted pierde su llave, usted
puede comprar una llave de recambio haciendo
referencia al número de serie ubicado debajo de la tapa
de la cerradura extraíble. Vea la sección al final de esta

Localice las pilas adentro de la caja fuerte. Abra el
compartimiento para las pilas en la parte de atrás de
la puerta oprimiendo la pestaña en el sentido
indicado por la flecha e instale las pilas.
NOTA: El botón de reinicio situado en el interior de
la puerta, se cubre con una tapa extraíble. Cuando se
utiliza el botón de reinicio mientras el establecimiento de su propia combinación, retire la tapa
para acceder al botón. Utilice una punta de lápiz
para presionar el botón de reinicio.
Vuelva a colocar la tapa de forma segura sobre el
botón de reinicio después de establecer su
combinación. De no hacerlo, pondrá en peligro la
seguridad y la seguridad de la caja fuerte.

PROGRAMACIÓN DE SU NÚMERO
DE SEGURIDAD
Para programar su propio código de seguridad será
necesario que siga los siguientes pasos:
1. Después de instalar las baterías, localice el botón de
reinicio en la parte posterior de la puerta.
2. Pulse el botón de reinicio con un lápiz y luego soltarlo,
se escuchará un pitido. NO CIERRE LA PUERTA
HASTA QUE HAYA CONFIRMADO QUE SU
CÓDIGO HAYA SIDO PROGRAMADO
CORRECTAMENTE.
3. Con la puerta abierta, introducir su propio código de
seguridad personal, que puede ser 3-8 dígitos, y confirmar
su nuevo código pulsando la tecla .... en la superficie
táctil electrónico. Usted tendrá 3 segundos para pulsar la
tecla de .... de lo contrario tendrá que empezar de
nuevo desde el paso uno. Habrá 2 pitidos (si el sonido
está encendido) y la luz verde parpadea dos veces si el
código se ha introducido correctamente. Antes de cerrar
la puerta, introduzca el nuevo código de seguridad y
presione la tecla .... para asegurarse de que los
abrepuertas de la perilla para que puedas darle vuelta y
retraer los pernos de bloqueo de acción en vivo.
Si falla el código, repita los pasos 1 - 3 nuevamente. Si
funciona correctamente, deberá cerrar la caja fuerte.
Al abrir la caja fuerte en el futuro introducir el código de
seguridad que haya establecido seguido de la tecla ....
y gire la perilla.
Si se introduce un código de seguridad incorrecto 3
veces el seguro sonará 5 veces (si el sonido está
encendido) y la luz roja parpadea 5 veces resulta en la
caja de seguridad está bloqueada automáticamente
durante 60 segundos antes de poder probar su código
de nuevo. La caja fuerte sonará una vez (si el sonido
está encendido) y la luz verde parpadea una vez
cuando el período de bloqueo ha terminado.
Si se introduce un código de seguridad incorrecto 1
tiempo adicional de la caja fuerte pitará 5 veces (si el
sonido está encendido) y la luz roja parpadea 5 veces
resulta en la caja de seguridad está bloqueada
automáticamente durante 5 minutos antes de que el
código puede ser juzgado de nuevo . La caja fuerte
sonará una vez (si el sonido está encendido) y la luz
verde parpadea una vez cuando el período de
bloqueo ha terminado.

www.stack-on.com en Servicio. Si usted escribe su
combinación debe mantener esta información en un
lugar seguro, lejos de los niños, no dentro de la caja
fuerte.
BLOQUEO DEL SEGURO
Para cerrar la caja fuerte, cerrar la puerta y girar la
perilla hacia la izquierda a la posición de las 12:00.
NOTA DE BLOQUEO DEL SEGURO: Debido a
que el mecanismo de bloqueo está desactivado
durante aproximadamente 3 a 6 segundos después
de la combinación se ingresa, espere un mínimo de
6 segundos a partir del momento en que se entró
en la combinación para cerrar la caja fuerte.
Además, al cerrar la caja fuerte, siempre asegúrese
de que el mando se gira completamente a la
izquierda a la posición de las 12:00. Si el botón no
se gira a la posición de las 12:00 durante el
proceso de bloqueo, el mecanismo de bloqueo no
se bloquearán.

REEMPLAZO DE LAS PILAS
PARA FIJAR LA CAJA FUERTE
NOTA: No mezcle pilas viejas y nuevas. No mezcle
pilas alcalinas, pilas estándar o recargables.
NOTA: Esta seguridad debe montarse en un
poste de la pared, y un estante permanente o el
suelo. De lo contrario, pondrá en peligro la
seguridad de la caja fuerte.
Este seguro utiliza 4 - pilas AA. En condiciones de
uso normal, las pilas duran aproximadamente 1 año.
NOTA: Si las baterías están bajas, la luz amarilla
parpadea cuando se empieza a introducir el código.
Para reemplazar las pilas, abra el compartimiento de
las pilas, ubicado en la parte de atrás de la puerta,
oprimiendo la pestaña en el sentido indicado por la
flecha e instale las pilas nuevas.
NOTA SOBRE ELBLOQUEO DEL SEGURO:
Las necesidades de seguro para estar en una
posición vertical, como se muestra en la figura 1,
para el mecanismo de bloqueo para funcionar
correctamente. El no montar la caja de seguridad
en la posición vertical correcta pondrá en peligro
la seguridad de la caja fuerte.

La seguridad debe ser montado en una viga de la
pared, y un estante permanente o el suelo. Para la
seguridad y protección óptima, la caja fuerte se
debe instalar en una zona aislada, seco y seguro.

Asegure la caja fuerte a un poste de la pared, y un
estante permanente o piso, utilizando los orificios
de montaje perforados en la caja fuerte.
NOTA: La caja fuerte debe estar asegurado a un
poste de la pared en un lado de la caja de
seguridad en los orificios superior e inferior en
la parte posterior de la caja fuerte de modo que
se ancla al montante de la pared en dos lugares.
Soportes de pared se deben utilizar en el otro
lado. La caja de seguridad también se debe
montar en un estante permanente o el suelo.
Utilice los accesorios suministrados o consulte
con su proveedor de hardware para la fijación de
hardware para sus superficies de montaje en
particular.
MANTENIMIENTO
Herramientas necesarias:
Phillips destornillador
Llave Allen de 5mm
Si la puerta de la caja fuerte comienza a raspar el
marco de la puerta, abra la puerta según las
instrucciones.
Cerca de las bisagras encontrará un tubo ranurado.
Utilice una llave Allen para apretar este tubo. Esto le
vuelva a alinear la puerta.
Marque los orificios que se utilizarán. Perforar
el diámetro y la profundidad adecuada de los
agujeros piloto en función del tipo de hardware
que se utiliza y la superficie de montaje.
Asegure la caja fuerte con los sujetadores.
