WARNING: Unplug appliance from electrical outlet before assembling, removing parts or cleaning. Never place motor or cord in water or other liquids . the . Rinse and dry thoroughly.

2. Move speed control lever to “OFF” position.

3. Align notches on beater with slots inside hole on bottom of mixer . Push beater into the opening until it clicks into position. Insert other beater in same manner.

4. Insert plug into outlet.

5. Place beaters in food to be mixed, firmly holding onto mixer handle.

6. Move speed control lever to the desired speed.

8. To eject beaters, grasp stems of beaters and press down firmly on the beater ejector button.

Use for all-purpose mixing, preparing packaged cakes and creaming sugar and butter together.

Use for smooth batters.

Use to whip cream, beat egg whites or mash potatoes.

Care and Cleaning

WARNING : Unplug appliance before cleaning. Never place any part of appliance or cord in water or other liquids.

1. Move speed control lever to “OFF” position.

2. Unplug from outlet.

3. Grasp stems of beaters and press down on beater ejector button.

4. Wash, rinse and dry beaters by hand after each use.

5. Wipe body and cord of mixer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.

6. Wrap cord around handle for storage.
