Note: The Shutdown menu varies depending on the security level chosen. At ‘Supervisor’ security level, a sub-menu like the one in the sample screen is displayed. At ‘User’ security level, choosing ‘Suspend’ causes the computer to shut down immediately. A sub-menu is not available.
3.5 Using A Dialog Box
A dialog box like the samples below appears when you need to make selections and enter further information.

Note: If you’re using a touchscreen, you can tap on an element in a dialog box to select it, display dropdown menus, and so on. If you’re using a keyboard, follow the directions below.
Dialog boxes contain one or more of the following elements:
Tab: A tab separates different elements of a dialog box. Tap the stylus on the tab with which you want to work.
Textbox: A textbox requires that you type information. Tap on the textbox you want to work with to highlight it, and then type the appropriate information.
