Adjust damper linkage(s), or replace faulty actuator(s).

(Damper actuators may take a few minutes to open)

Reduce losses by improving ductwork.

Adjust drives as needed.

Clean or replace filters.

Replace or tighten belt.

Adjust drives as needed.
