Local Character Framing
This parameter determines the local serial port asynchronous data framing. The second parameter is needed only if you select fewer than eight data bits.

5 = 7 data bits, 1 parity bit, 1 stop bit
0 = Odd
1 = Even
2 = Mark

Local Flow Control (PCCA)
This extended compound parameter controls, the local flow control between the computer and the modem. The two numeric sub-parameters are DCE_by_ DTE
(which controls the data format he modem) and DTE_by_DCE (which controls the data from the computer).
NOTE: To change the setting of these parameters, use the &K command.
