1 = XON/XOFF; do not pass XON/XOFF characters to the remote DCE.

2 = RFR active/inactive flow control

3 = XON/XOFF; Pass DC1/DC3 characters to the remote DCE in addition to acting upon local flow control.

0 = No flow control was set by DTE.

1 = XON/XOFF flow control

2 = CTS/RFS active/inactive flow control

This numeric extended-format parameter specifies the data rate between the

DTE and the DCE.
