SECTION 3 OPERATING THE MACHINE

OPERATING OVERVIEW

Shown below is a brief summary of the operating procedure of the EasiMailer. Full details of the functions referred to can be found in the section numbers indicated.

Set envelope hopper and load envelopes (see page 17).

Set infeed hoppers and load forms (see page 17).

Set insert fingers (see page 19).

Set double document calibration, if required (see page 15).

To run a pre-programmed job, see the following page.

Other functions

Further additional features include: i) Daily post (to fold and insert documents or groups of documents which may vary in size or type) - see page 20.

ii) Fold-only mode (ie. no envelopes are used) - see page 19.

iii) Turnover mode (to fold in half and turn over before inserting, a bottom address form) - see page 20.

iv) Shortform multiples (multiple cards, cheques etc.) - see page 21.
