LOADING THE PAPER HOPPERS

Load forms address side up and leading on all hoppers.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjust self-centering side guides to give 1mm clearance across the width of the forms.
2. Depress the hopper tray and load the forms
(maximum 250 sheets in hopper 1). Release the tray. See note below.
3. If hopper 2 is being used, adjust the side guides as for hopper 1 and load the forms, fanned back as shown.

LOADING THE ENVELOPE HOPPER
1. Adjust self-centering side guides to give 1mm clearance across the width of the envelopes.
2. Raise centre guide and load fanned stack of envelopes (max. 100) into hopper. Ensure the leading edges are pushed firmly into the nip of the rollers. Use the labels on the side guides to help understand the correct loading procedure.
Envelopes are loaded with flaps up and trailing.
Note: Hopper is shown with 2 off Guide Springs B0093A fitted, provided for use with distorted, laser-printed forms. They will also help prevent skewing of the leading edge.
When used, these springs will reduce the capacity of the hopper.
