System Status, System Usage Data and System Configuration
Exporting all the usage data to a file
You can export all the system usage data to a comma delimited file (csv). To export all the data, perform the following:
1. Navigate to the Job Status properties, Queue Status properties or Printer Status properties page.
2. Click the System Usage Data link at the top of the right of the page.
3. Select the Export All button on the upper right portion of the screen.
4. On the File Download dialog, perform one of the following:
• Select Open to open the file in the application that has been associated to open csv file formats.
• Select Save to navigate to a directory location and save the file.
System Status
All important warning or error messages for different events in the
Job Manager, Queue Manager and Printer Manager are displayed in the System Status area at the top of the FreeFlow Output
Manager browser window.
When a printer goes from an online to an offline state, a warning message will appear in the system status area. If the printer returns to an online state, an information message will appear.
The System Status area does not display all the status information that is available. The System Status expanded view window displays an expanded view of the system status with all available event messages.
