Firmware
This section describes how to setup the firmware of the EFM32LG-STK3600 in use with the Wireless M-Bus Suite.
Please note, that if you want to set up the enclosed demo network with the quick start for Wireless M-Bus Suite in chapter
EFM32LG-STK3600 firmware can either be provided as binary

(’*.bin’file) or as source code that is compiled and flashed using IAR compiler. Please check, if a valid serial firmware is available on your boards.
You can do this with Wireless M-Bus Suite with a ping test. If there is no firmware available, refer to chapter
for firmware installation using Simpl. Studio or refer to chapter
for installation using IAR IDE. .
