To sync your device, tap the sync button and enter the required information, including URL, username, password, domain, organization, and connection type.

You can set up the appearance and functions of RESCO Mobile CRM by going to the setup screen. You can customize options such as standard entities, online mode, map and dashboard views, list buttons, max attachment size, max sync record, sync login, app login, CRM email, and reminders.

In online mode, you always access real-time data from your CRM server, while in offline mode, the application stores the Dynamics CRM data in the local database of your device. Changes made offline will be reflected on your CRM server after you synchronize.

You can filter the map view to see only accounts, contacts, leads, or all of them. You can filter activities according to activity type, view, due date, and sort. You can also filter the tourplan to see all appointments, my appointments, or my completed appointments.

You can create a new appointment by selecting 'Activities' from the home screen, tapping the '+' button, selecting 'Appointment', filling in the necessary fields, and saving the appointment.

The tourplan view allows you to manage your appointments, and you can switch between the agenda, day, week, and month views to view appointments in different formats.

To qualify a lead, select 'Leads' from the home screen, select the lead you want to qualify, tap the 'More' button, select 'Qualify', and edit the qualifications and save.
