Multiple Wishlists
Note: No shipping addresses are associated with wishlists.
54.4 Managing Multiple Wishlists in the Backend
In the Admin Panel, all items of all customer Wishlists are always displayed on all pages where
Wishlist items are usually available (such as the Create New Order and Manage Shopping Cart
pages), irrespective of whether the Multiple Wishlists functionality is enabled or disabled. Figure
305 illustrates the Wishlist tab on the Customer Information page.
Figure 305. Customer Information Page with Multiple-Wishlist Items
On Figure 305, the Wishlist items from two different Wishlists are displayed in the grid, and the

Multiple Wishlists Reports
An admin can view and export a report about all Wishlists of store customers under Reports >
Customers > Customers Wishlists. A customer Wishlists report lists all Wishlist items and contains the following information:
The date when a product was added
The customer name
The Wishlist name and status (public or private)
The product name and SKU
Customer comments
Quantity of the product in the Wishlist, quantity currently available in the store, and the difference between these two values.
You can choose to see a report for the whole website or for an individual store view. The scope is selected in the Show Report For field. The report can be exported to .csv or Excel .xml format.

Order by SKU
55 Order by SKU
Magento Enterprise Edition enables store customers and administrators to add products to shopping carts and orders by specifying SKU numbers.
Important Note: The compound dynamic SKUs of bundle products are not supported.
This feature was added in Enterprise Edition v1.12.
55.1 Order by SKU: Quick Reference
In the Magento Admin Panel, the Order by SKU functionality is always available and does not require configuration. Products can be added by SKUs in the following locations:
The Create New Order page (Sales > Orders > Create New Order)
The Shopping Cart page (Customers > Manage Customers > %customer% > Manage
Shopping Cart)
An administrator can specify individual SKU values or load a .csv file with a list of SKUs.
In the frontend, you can make the Order by SKU functionality available for store customers by creating a widget instance of the Order by SKU type and by enabling the Order by SKU tab on the
My Account page.
Widgets are created and managed under CMS > Widgets. Displaying the Order by SKU tab can be enabled or disabled in the Admin Panel under System > Configuration > SALES >Sales >Order by
SKU Settings. The Order by SKU tab provides the ability to load a .csv file with a list of SKUs.
55.2 Configuring the Order by SKU Functionality
In the Magento Admin Panel the Order by SKU functionality is always available and does not require configuration.
In the frontend, you can make the Order by SKU functionality available for store customers by creating a widget instance of the Order by SKU type and by enabling the Order by SKU tab on the
My Account page.
The Order by SKU tab contains the fields for entering SKUs and quantities, and controls for loading a .csv file with a list of SKUs. A widget of the Order by SKU type contains the fields for SKUs and quantities and optionally a link to the Order by SKU tab.
To create an Order by SKU widget:
1.
Log in to the Magento Admin Panel
2.
Navigate to CMS > Widgets.
3.
Click the Add New Widget Instance button.

6.
To save the configuration click Save Config.
Important Note: The Order by SKU functionality supports ordering by a compound SKU value, consisting from the system SKU value and a value of the custom option SKU, delimited by the “-” sign. However such a compound value can be processed correctly only if both the system SKU and custom option(s) SKU values do not contain a "-" sign.
55.3 Ordering by SKU in the Backend
In the backend, you can find the Order by SKU functionality in the following locations:
The Create New Order page, available under Sales > Orders > Create New Order. Clicking
the Add Products by SKU button opens the Add to Order by SKU section. See Figure 306.

3.
Choose to add products to cart/order.
4.
If some products cannot be added on any reason (out of stock, require configuring, or some other reason), then they are listed in a separate grid under the “Products requiring attention”
heading. See “Ordering by SKU: Exceptions Handling in the Backend,” page 439, for details
about processing different product types.
5.
Perform product configurations and update quantities in the “Products requiring attention” grid if necessary, and add products to cart/order.
6.
If product addition fails again, the products still will be listed in the grid. You can ignore the
“Products requiring attention” grid and proceed with creating order or managing the shopping cart. If you delete all products, the grid disappears.
The grid with products which could not be added is stored during the session.
Ordering by SKU: Exceptions Handling in the Backend
The following are the situations in which products cannot currently be added to cart/order in the backend because of some correctable condition, or cannot be added in at all. In these situations, the corresponding SKUs are displayed in the “Products requiring attention” grid:
A product is composite (a product of configurable, grouped, bundle, gift card types or a product with custom options). These products can be added after configuring them.
No product with a specified SKU is found in the catalog. The product cannot be added.
A product is assigned to another website. The product cannot be added.
