Section 11: Verifying Autodiscover, BTAvailability, and
BTRouter
11.1 Autodiscover
1. From the Command Prompt window on the Windows Coexistence server, navigate to %Program
Files%\BinaryTree\CMT for Coexistence <version>Exchange\ and ensure that the following files are installed o Autodiscover, AvailabilityService, and AvailabilityRouter folders are created in the C:\Program
Files\BinaryTree\CMT for Coexistence <version> folder. o Connections.config exists in the Autodiscover, AvailabilityService, and AvailabilityRouter folders exist under C:\Program Files\BinaryTree\CMT for Coexistence <version>.
If web.2010.config exists, rename it to web.config. Unless you are running Exchange
2007, then rename web.2007 to web.config.
2. Verify that web.config and connections.config are writable (not Read-Only).
3. Open the IIS Administrator.
4. Navigate to the Default Web Site.
5. Refresh IIS (press <F5>) and verify that Autodiscover virtual application has been added.
6. Next, select the Autodiscover application in the left pane.
7. Double-click Authentication in the right pane. o Verify that Basic Authentication and Windows Authentication are enabled. o If not, enable them. o Click the Back button.
8. Double-click Connection Strings in the right pane. o Verify that the URL of the EAD value is: https://<Exchange CAS Server
FQDN>/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml o Correct the machine name if incorrect. o Click the Back button.
9. Double-click Application Settings. o Verify that ExchangeVersion is set to 2010 for all versions of Exchange except 2007 o If you require credentials to access the Active Directory environment see Appendix L: SetFBCred
Utility. o Verify that Autodiscover is set to .\Autodiscover.xsl.
10. Create a map entry for the Domino SMTP domain name for which you would like to expose Free/Bu sy information. The entry should look like: o MAP:@domino.contoso.com = contoso.com. o This ensures that all requests that go through to Domino use the SMTP domain contoso.com rather than domino.contoso.com. o Multiple map entries, such as the foll owing are also perfectly valid. In this case, both SMTP domains would be mapped to contoso.com. o MAP:@domino.contoso.com = contoso.com
