8.2 Engine will not crank with electric or remote start
Are you out of range to use the key fob?
YES
Move to within 75’ of the generator and retry.
NO
Is the key fob battery drained?
NO
Is the remote switch turned off?
NO
Is the battery fuse missing or burned out?
NO
Is the battery dead?
NO
Check all electrical connections between battery, control panel and electric starter.

Replace the key fob battery.
Turn on the remote switch.
Replace the fuse.
Charge or replace the battery.
Take the generator to an authorized
POWERHOUSE® service center.

Check for power using a meter, or a known good appliance.
