Alert Messages

The ZQ6 printers will also display various blinking alerts, such as

“Media Out”, “Media Cover Open”, or “Battery Low”. These alerts are broken up into Errors, Warnings and Info with different color mapping used to differentiate one from the other (see table below).

The user can respond to actions by pressing one of the soft keys to indicate that an action has been taken to address the alert in question. Once the condition causing the alert has been addressed

(i.e. loading media), the alert message will be cleared. (See

Appendix G for a complete list of alerts for the ZQ6 printers.)
