INDESIGN CS2 print PostScript
Printing a PostScript file from InDesign CS2 to be converted to a PDF/X using Distiller 7. This example was created on Mac OS X 10.4.3.
Open the File>Print menu and from

the Printer pop-up select Adobe PDF
