You can access the UPS Billing Centre by going to the ups.com® Homepage, selecting the My UPS tab, and then choosing 'Billing' from the drop-down menu. You will then select 'Access the UPS Billing Centre link' or 'Log In' if previously enrolled.

To enroll, you will need to complete Account Invoice Authentication (AIA) by providing information from one of your last three invoices generated within the past 45 days. This includes your Account Number, Country, Invoice Number, Amount Due this Period, and Invoice Date.

From the Invoice screen, select the 'Dispute' link next to the relevant charge. You will then complete a Dispute Transaction form by entering the disputed amount and selecting the appropriate reason. Adjustments can only be made at the detail level.

Only a Company Administrator can set up a Payment Account. From the Payment Accounts tab in the Payment area, select 'Add Bank Account' and enter the required alphanumeric information for the Payment Account Name field, avoiding special characters.

Yes, Automatic Payments can be set up in the UPS Billing Centre. However, all outstanding invoices must first be paid using One-Time Payments. You can then go to the Payment tab, select 'Automatic Payments', and follow the steps to set up the payment profile for your selected accounts.
