P508 - CONTENITORE DI SICUREZZA CON DISPOSITIVO DI SLOCCO E PULSANTE PER
ALZASERRANDE
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
NB. Per il corretto montaggio del contenitore di sicurezza, seguire attentamente le istruzioni.
1.
Eseguire un foro sulla parete a 130 cm. dal pavimento di diametro min. 8. Eseguire un ulteriore foro per un tubo flessibile se si intende montare anche il pulsante di apertura/chiusura.
2.
Posizionare il contenitore con il foro per il passaggio cavetto in asse con il foro appena eseguito. Forare per un fissaggio a parete o eseguire uno scasso adeguato per eventuale muratura del contenitore
3.
Prima di fissare o murare il contenitore alla parete, infilare il capo guaina (5), fare passare nel foro praticato nella parete ed infilare il cavetto nella parte posteriore del contenitore, come da fig. 3
4.
Se si intende utilizzare il pulsante, montare nel contenitore la placchetta per pulsante con le relative viti autofilettanti, inserire il pulsante stesso ed eseguire i collegamenti. Collegare la messa a terra nell’apposita sede contrassegnata con la relativa vite autofilettante.
5.
Infilare il cavetto nella leva (4) e di seguito il morsetto (3), senza bloccare, come da fig. 2
6.
Posizionare il contenitore in battuta sul muro o nello scasso predisposto, come in fig. 3. Quindi mettere in tensione il cavetto, posizionando contemporaneamente la leva (4) in sede, come in fig. 5. Serrare il morsetto (3) ed azionare la leva per controllare lo sblocco del freno, come in fig. 5. Per regolazione agire sul tirante (1), come in fig. 1.
7.
Inserire nella parte posteriore del contenitore il particolare plastico per la guida dei perni.
8.
Fissare o murare a parete il contenitore.
9.
Montare la serratura sullo sportello. La leva di bloccaggio, a chiave disinserita, deve essere posizionata come in fig. 4.
10. Inserire nello sportello le molle (7) e i perni (8) in sede (a), come in fig. 4. Tenere premuto con le dita i perni all’interno del coperchio. Far scivolare il coperchio all’interno del contenitore (9) sino a scatto avvenuto dei perni in posizione (b).
ATTENZIONE: Utilizzare i pulsanti solo per comandi in bassa tensione.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: To ensure that the safety container is properly assembled, carefully follow the instructions listed below.
1.
Drill a hole, with a min. diameter of 8, on the wall, 130 cm from the floor. Drill another hole for a flexible tube if the opening/ closing button will also be installed.
2.
Position the container with the hole for passing the wire so that it is in line with the hole that was just drilled. Drill holes for a wall mounting or make a recess suitable to house the container, if it will be walled in.
3.
Before attaching the container to the wall or walling in, insert the end of the sheath (5), pass it through the hole drilled in the wall and insert the wire into the rear of the container, as shown in fig. 3.
4.
If the button will be used, mount the plate for the button in the container using the relative self-threading screws, insert the button and complete the connections. Complete the earth connection in the specially marked area using the relative selfthreading screw.
5.
Insert the wire into the lever (4) and then the clamp (3), without tightening it, as shown in fig. 2.
6.
Position the container up against the wall or in the recess, as shown in fig. 3. Then, put the wire under tension, while positioning the lever (4) at the same time in its seat, as shown in fig. 5. Tighten the terminal (3) and activate the lever to control the brake release, as shown in fig. 5. To adjust, use the tie-rod (1), as shown in fig. 1.
7.
Insert the plastic item to guide the pins into the rear of the container.
8.
Attach the container to the wall or wall it in.
9.
Mount the lock on the door. With the key not inserted, the locking lever must be positioned as shown in fig. 4.
10. Insert the springs (7) and the pins (8) in the seat (a) in the door, as shown in fig. 4. Use the fingers to continue pressing the pins inside the cover. Make the cover slide inside the container (9) until the pins snap into position (b).
CAUTION: Switches are to be used for low voltage impulses only.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
NB. Pour un montage correct du coffre de sécurité, suivre attentivement les instructions:
1.
Effectuer un orifice d’un diamètre min. 8 sur le mur à 130 cm du sol. Effectuer un autre orifice pour un tube flexible si l’on entend
également monter le poussoir d’ouverture/fermeture.
2.
Positionner le coffre avec l’orifice pour le passage du petit câble suivant l’axe du trou à peine effectué. Percer pour fixer au mur, ou le défoncer de sorte à permettre de murer le coffre.
3.
Avant de fixer ou sceller le coffre au mur, enfiler la tête de gaine (5), la faire passer dans l’orifice pratiqué dans le mur et enfiler le petit câble dans la partie postérieure du coffre, comme indiqué à la fig. 3.
4.
Si l’on entend utiliser le bouton poussoir, monter la plaquette pour poussoir dans le coffre à l’aide des vis auto-taraudeuses relatives, introduire le poussoir et exécuter les connexions. Connecter la mise à la terre au siège relatif indiqué par la vis autotaraudeuse à cet effet.

Enfiler le petit câble dans le levier (4), puis la borne (3), sans bloquer, comme indiqué à la fig. 2.
6.
Positionner le coffre contre le mur ou dans le défoncement prévu, comme indiqué à la fig. 3 . Puis mettre le petit câble sous tension, positionnant simultanément le levier (4) dans son siège, suivant la fig. 5. Serrer la borne (3) et actionner le levier pour contrôler le déblocage du frein comme indiqué à la fig. 5. Pour le réglage, agir sur le tirant (1), comme indiqué à la fig. 1.
7.
Introduire le détail en plastique de guidage des pivots dans la partie postérieure du coffre.
8.
Sceller le coffre au mur ou le murer.
9.
Monter la serrure sur le volet. A clé non fermée, le levier de blocage doit être positionné comme indiqué à la fig. 4.
10. Introduire dans le volet les ressorts (7) et les pivots (8) dans leur siège (a) comme indiqué à la fig. 4. Tenir les pivots pressés à l’aide des doigts à l‘intérieur du couvercle. Faire glisser le couvercle à l‘intérieur du coffre (9) jusqu’à ce que se produise le déclic des pivots en position (b).
ATTENTION: Utiliser les contacteurs uniquement pour les impulsions sur basse tension.

ELEVAPORTONES
INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
N.B. Para el montaje correcto del contenedor de seguridad, atenerse detenidamente a las instrucciones.
1.
Taladrar en la pared un agujero de 8 mm. de diámetro como mínimo, a 130 cm. del suelo. Si se desea montar también el pulsador de apertura/cierre, taladrar otro agujero para un tubo flexible.
2.
Emplazar el contenedor con el agujero, para el pasaje del cable, centrado con el agujero que se acaba de taladrar. Taladrar para una sujeción de pared o hacer un boquete si se desea empotrar el contenedor.
3.
Antes de asegurar o empotrar el contenedor en la pared, introducir el cabo de la vaina (5), hacerlo pasar por el agujero taladrado en la pared e introducir el cable por la parte trasera del contenedor, tal y como mostrado en la fig. 3.
4.
Si se desea usar el pulsador, montar en el contenedor la placa para pulsador con sus respectivos tornillos autoenroscantes, emplazar el pulsador y efectuar las conexiones. Conectar la puesta a tierra en la sede al efecto y usando su respectivo tornillo autoenroscante.
5.
Introducir el cable en la palanca (4) y seguidamente introducir la abrazadera (3) sin bloquear, tal y como indicado en la figura
2.
6.
Emplazar el contenedor apoyado a la pared o en el hueco preparado, tal y como mostrado en la figura 3. Seguidamente tensar el cable, posicionando al mismo tiempo la palanca (4) en la sede, tal y como mostrado en la figura 5. Apretar la abrazadera (3) y maniobrar la palanca para verificar que el freno se desbloquee, tal y como mostrado en la figura 5. Para efectuar el ajuste maniobrar el tirante (1), tal y como mostrado en la figura 1.
7.
En la parte trasera del contenedor, introducir la pieza de plástico para guiar los pernos.
8.
Asegurar el contenedor en la pared o en el empotrado.
9.
Montar la cerradura en la portezuela. La palanca de bloqueo, con la llave desconectada, tiene que quedar posicionada tal y como mostrado en la figura 4.
10. Introducir en la portezuela los muelles (7) y los pernos (8) en su sede (a), tal y como mostrado en la figura 4. Mantener apretados, con los dedos, los pernos al interior de la tapadera. Deslizar la tapadera dentro del contenedor (9) hasta oír el ruido de los pernos que han alcanzado su posición (b).
ATTENTION: Utilizar los pulsadores solo para mandos en baja tension.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Hinweis: Für eine korrekte Montage des Sicherheitskastens die Anweisungen genau befolgen.
1.
In die Wand bei 130 cm Höhe vom Fußboden eine Öffnung mit einem Durchmesser von mind. 8 bohren. Wenn auch die Auf-/Ab-
Drucktaste montiert werden soll, ist ein weitere Öffnung für einen Schlauch zu bohren.
2.
Den Kasten so aufsetzen, daß sich die Öffnung für den Litzendurchgang auf der zuvor gebohrten Öffnung befindet. Für die
Wandbefestigung des Kastens durchbohren oder eine geeignete Aussparung für die Einmauerung herstellen.
3.
Vor dem Befestigen des Kastens an der Wand oder dem Einmauern das Ende des Kabelmantels (5) durchstecken, durch die
Öffnung in der Wand führen und die Litze auf der Rückseite des Kastens durchstecken, wie in Abb. 3 dargestellt.
4.
Soll die Drucktaste benutzt werden, in den Kasten den Einsatz für die Drucktaste mit den dazugehörigen
Gewindeschneidschrauben montieren; dann die Drucktaste einsetzen und anschließen. Die Erde im entsprechend gekennzeichneten Sitz mit der dazugehörigen Gewindeschneidschraube anschließen.
5.
Zuerst die Litze, dann die Klemme (3) wie in Abb. 2 dargestellt in den Hebel (4) stecken, nicht festklemmen.
6.
Den Kasten wie in Abb. 3 dargestellt mit dem Anschlag an die Mauer oder in die vorbereitete Aussparung setzen. Anschließend
Spannung an die Litze anlegen und gleichzeitig den Hebel (4) an seinen Sitz bringen wie in Abb. 5 dargestellt. Die Klemme (3) festspannen und den Hebel betätigen, um die Auslösung der Bremse zu kontrollieren wie in Abb. 5 dargestellt. Die Einstellung kann über den Zugstab (1) wie in Abb., 1 dargestellt vorgenommen werden.
7.
In die Rückseite des Kastens das Kunststoffteil für die Führung der Bolzen einsetzen.
8.
Den Kasten an der Wand anbringen oder einmauern.
9.
Das Schloß auf die Klappe montieren. Der Spannhebel muß sich bei eingestecktem Schlüssel in der Position wie in Abb. 4 dargestellt befinden.
10. In die Klappe die Federn (7) und Bolzen (8) einsetzen (a) wie in Abb. 4 dargestellt. Die Bolzen im Deckel mit den Fingern gedrückt halten. Den Deckel im Kasten (9) verschieben, bis die Bolzen in ihrer Position (b) eingerastet sind.
WICHTIG: Schlüsselschalter nur bei kleinspannung verwenden.
