1 - CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

DANGER

La motorisation doit être installée et réglée par un installateur professionnel de la motorisation et de l’automatisation de l’habitat, conformément à la réglementation du pays dans lequel elle est mise en service.

Pour satisfaire aux exigences des normes EN 13241-1,

EN 12445 et EN 12453, il doit suivre les instructions de ce manuel tout au long de la mise en œuvre de l’installation.

Le non respect de ces instructions pourrait gravement blesser des personnes, par exemple écrasées par le portail.

1.1 Mise en garde - Instructions importantes de sécurité

AVERTISSEMENT

Il est important pour la sécurité des personnes de suivre toutes les instructions car une installation incorrecte peut entraîner des blessures graves. Conserver ces instructions.

L’installateur doit impérativement former tous les utilisateurs pour garantir une utilisation en toute sécurité de la motorisation conformément au manuel d’utilisation.

Le manuel d’utilisation et le manuel d’installation doivent être remis à l’utilisateur final. L’installateur doit explicitement expliquer à l’utilisateur final que l’installation, le réglage et la maintenance de la motorisation doivent

être réalisés par un professionnel de la motorisation et de l’automatisation de l’habitat.

1.2 Introduction

> Informations importantes

Ce produit est une motorisation pour un portail coulissant, en usage résidentiel tel que défini dans la norme EN 60335-

2-103, à laquelle il est conforme. Ces instructions ont notamment pour objectif de satisfaire les exigences de la dite norme et ainsi d’assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes.

1.3 Vérifications préliminaires

> Environnement d’installation

ATTENTION

Ne pas projeter d’eau sur la motorisation.

Ne pas installer la motorisation dans un milieu explosif.

Vérifier que la plage de température marquée sur la motorisation est adaptée à l’emplacement.

> État du portail à motoriser

Ne pas motoriser un portail en mauvais état ou mal installé.

Avant d’installer la motorisation, vérifier que :

- le portail est en bonne condition mécanique

- le portail est correctement équilibré

- le portail n’est équipé d’aucun système de verrouillage manuel ou électrique (sauf si compatible avec la motorisation Somfy)

- les structures supportant le portail permettent de fixer la motorisation solidement. Les renforcer si nécessaire.

- le portail se ferme et s’ouvre convenablement avec une force inférieure à 150 N.

1.4 Installation électrique

DANGER

L’installation de l’alimentation électrique doit être conforme aux normes en vigueur dans le pays où est installée la motorisation et doit être faite par un personnel qualifié.

La ligne électrique doit être exclusivement réservée à la motorisation et dotée d’une protection constituée :

- d’un fusible ou disjoncteur calibre 10 A,

- et d’un dispositif de type différentiel (30 mA).

Un moyen de déconnexion omnipolaire de l’alimentation doit être prévu. Les interrupteurs prévus pour assurer une coupure omnipolaire des appareils fixes doivent être raccordés directement aux bornes d’alimentation et doivent avoir une distance de séparation des contacts sur tous les pôles pour assurer une déconnexion complète dans les conditions de catégorie de surtension III.

L’installation d’un parafoudre est conseillée (tension résiduelle d’un maximum de 2 kV obligatoire).

> Passage des câbles

Les câbles enterrés doivent être équipés d’une gaine de protection de diamètre suffisant pour passer le câble du moteur et les câbles des accessoires.

Les câbles basse tension soumis aux intempéries doivent

être au minimum de type H07RN-F.

Pour les câbles non enterrés, utiliser un passe-câble qui supportera le passage des véhicules (réf. 2400484).

1.5 Consignes de sécurité relatives à l’installation

Ne pas raccorder la motorisation à une source d’alimentation (secteur, batterie ou solaire) avant d’avoir terminé l’installation.

S’assurer que les zones dangereuses (écrasement, cisaillement, coincement) entre la partie entraînée et les parties fixes environnantes dues au mouvement d’ouverture de la partie entraînée sont évitées ou signalées sur l’installation

AVERTISSEMENT

Il est strictement interdit de modifier l’un des éléments fournis dans ce kit ou d’utiliser un élément additif non préconisé dans ce manuel.

Surveiller le portail en mouvement et maintenir les personnes

éloignées jusqu’à ce que l’installation soit terminée.

Ne pas utiliser d’adhésifs pour fixer la motorisation.

AVERTISSEMENT

Faire attention en utilisant le dispositif de déverrouillage manuel. Le déverrouillage manuel peut entraîner un mouvement incontrôlé du portail.

ATTENTION

Installer tout dispositif de commande fixe à une hauteur d’au moins 1,5 m et en vue du portail mais éloigné des parties mobiles.

Après installation, s’assurer que :

- le mécanisme est correctement réglé le dispositif de déverrouillage manuel fonctionne correctement

- la motorisation change de sens quand le portail rencontre un objet de 50 mm positionné à mi-hauteur du vantail.

L’installation d’une barre palpeuse active est obligatoire afin de permettre la mise en conformité de l’installation.

Dans le cas d’un fonctionnement en mode automatique ou d’une commande hors vue, il est impératif d’installer des cellules photoélectriques.

Elixo 500 230V RTS / Elixo 800 230V RTS orange peut être exigée, conformément à la réglementation du pays dans lequel la motorisation est mise en service.

> Précautions vestimentaires

Enlever tous bijoux (bracelet, chaîne ou autres) lors de l’installation.

Pour les opérations de manipulation, de perçage et de soudure, porter les protections adéquates (lunettes spéciales, gants, casque antibruit, etc.).

1.8 Prévention des risques

3 - INSTALLATION

La motorisation doit être débrayée pendant son installation.

3.1 Assemblage de la poignée de déverrouillage manuel

[1]. Insérer la poignée de déverrouillage dans le logement spécial du moteur.

[2]. Visser la poignée de déverrouillage.

[3]. Mettre le cache-vis.

3.2 Déverrouillage de la motorisation - Fig. 6

[1]. Tourner la clé d’un quart de tour vers la gauche.

[2]. Tourner la poignée de déverrouillage vers la droite.

3.3 Montage du système de fixation - Fig. 7 et 8

Le kit de fixation du moteur fourni est prévu pour une embase béton. Pour tout autre type de support, utiliser des fixations adaptées.

[1]. Positionner le gabarit :

- parallèlement au portail,

- en orientant le symbole du pignon vers le portail,

- en la décalant de 25 mm par rapport à l’aplomb avant de la crémaillère

(si la crémaillère est équipée d’un cache, réaliser la mesure à partir de l’aplomb de la crémaillère et non du cache),

- de façon à ne pas gêner le passage et à assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture totale du portail.

[2]. Marquer les emplacements des fixations au sol .

[3]. Percer sur une profondeur de 85 mm.

[4]. Enfoncer les chevilles.

[5]. Visser les tire-fond sur :

- la partie filetée pour une hauteur de crémaillère entre 120 et 130 mm,

- la partie filetée + non filetée pour une hauteur de crémaillère entre 100 et 110 mm.

- 85 mm pour un montage au sol* sur une surface bétonnée plane.

Pour faciliter le vissage des tire-fond, utiliser 2 écrous pour faire “écrou contre écrou”.

[6]. Visser un écrou et une rondelle sur chaque tire-fond.

* Dans le cas d’un montage au sol, après la fixation du moteur, monter une crémaillère avec des trous de fixation oblongs pour permettre le réglage du jeu crémaillère-pignon.

3.4 Fixation du moteur - Fig. 9 et 10

[1]. Positionner le moteur sur les tire-fond, l’enfoncer puis le pousser vers le portail.

[2]. S’assurer que le pignon soit correctement positionné sous la crémaillère.

[3]. Régler la hauteur du moteur et/ou de la crémaillère pour assurer un jeu crémaillère-pignon d’environ 2 mm. Ce réglage est important afin d’éviter une usure prématurée du pignon et de la crémaillère ; le pignon ne doit pas supporter le poids du portail.

[4]. Vérifier que :

- les écrous de réglage sont tous en contact avec le fond du moteur,

- le moteur est bien de niveau,

- le portail coulisse correctement,

- le jeu crémaillère-pignon ne varie pas de trop sur toute la course du portail.

[5]. Visser une rondelle puis un écrou sur chaque tire-fond pour fixer le moteur.



3.5 Fixation des pattes de fins de course - Fig. 11

[1]. Manœuvrer manuellement le portail pour le mettre en position ouverte.

[2]. Positionner une patte sur la crémaillère de façon à ce qu’elle actionne le contact de fin de course du moteur.

[3]. Visser la patte sur la crémaillère.

[4]. Manœuvrer manuellement le portail pour le mettre en position fermée puis répéter les étapes 2 et 3 de la procédure pour fixer la seconde patte sur la crémaillère.

3.6 Raccordement de la barre palpeuse - Fig.12

Le raccordement d’une barre palpeuse active est obligatoire afin de permettre la mise en conformité de l’installation aux normes en vigueur.

3.7 Raccordement à l’alimentation - Fig. 13

Pour le raccordement du moteur à l’alimentation, utiliser un câble 3x1,5 mm² pour un usage extérieur (type H07RN-F minimum).

Raccorder le neutre (N) sur la borne 1 du moteur.

Raccorder la phase (L) sur la borne 2 du moteur.

Raccorder le fil de terre à la borne de terre de l’embase du moteur.

Le fil de terre doit toujours être plus long que la phase et le neutre de sorte qu’il soit le dernier à être déconnecté en cas d’arrachement.

vitesse normale et en phase de ralentissement.

L’apprentissage consiste à réaliser une seule ouverture totale. Le fonctionnement en fermeture sera le même qu’à l’ouverture (même zone de ralentissement).

Réaliser l’apprentissage de la course du portail

Le portail doit être ouvert (environ 1 m) pour réaliser l’apprentissage et le moteur verrouillé.

[1]. Appuyer sur la touche SET 2 secondes.

Les voyants POWER et SET clignotent.

[2]. Appuyer sur la touche d’une télécommande mémorisée pour lancer l’apprentissage.

Le portail se ferme puis s’ouvre.

[3]. Lorsque le portail atteint la position où le ralentissement est souhaité, appuyer sur la touche de la télécommande mémorisée.

Le portail termine son mouvement d’ouverture à vitesse réduite.

Nota : Ne pas réaliser cette étape si aucun ralentissement n’est souhaité.

L’apprentissage est fini. Le voyant POWER est allumé fixe.

Par la suite, la position de ralentissement lors de la fermeture sera similaire à celle réglée lors de l’ouverture (par exemple, 20 cm avant la fin du mouvement).

Dans la zone de ralentissement, le portail ne doit pas avoir de point dur.

Si le portail interrompt son mouvement avant l’ouverture ou la fermeture totale, réduire ou supprimer la zone de ralentissement

Utiliser impérativement les serre-câbles fournis.

Pour tous les câbles basse tension, s’assurer qu’ils résistent à une traction de 100 N. Vérifier que les conducteurs n’ont pas bougés lorsque cette traction est appliquée.

Pendant l’apprentissage, un appui de 2 secondes sur la touche SET interrompt l’apprentissage. Pendant l’apprentissage, les entrées de sécurité sont actives.

3.8 Sens de rotation- Fig. 14

Basculer le dipswitch N°3 vers ON si le moteur est installé à gauche ou sur OFF si le moteur est placé à droite.

3.9 Ré-embrayer la motorisation- Fig. 15

[1]. Placer le portail à environ 1 m de sa position de fermeture.

[2]. Tourner la poignée de déverrouillage vers la gauche.

[3]. Manœuvrer le portail manuellement jusqu’à ce que le dispositif d’entraînement vienne se reverrouiller.

[4]. Tourner la clé d’un quart de tour vers la droite.

Mettre l’installation sous tension avant de commencer la mise en service.

4 - MISE EN SERVICE RAPIDE

4.1 Mémorisation des télécommandes

Pour mémoriser une télécommande 2 ou 4 touches - Fig. 16

[1]. Appuyer 2 s sur la touche PROG de l’unité de commande. Le voyant rouge s’allume fixe .

[2]. Appuyer sur le canal de la télécommande à associer à la motorisation dans un délai de 2 min. Le voyant rouge clignote, la télécommande est mémorisée.

L’exécution de cette procédure pour un canal déjà mémorisé provoque l’effacement de celui-ci.

Pour ajouter d’autres télécommandes 2 ou 4 touches :

Répéter la procédure ci-dessus.

Pour ajouter une télécommande 3 touches - Fig. 17

[1]. Appuyer 2 s sur la touche PROG de l’unité de commande. Le voyant rouge s’allume « fixe ».

[2]. Appuyer sur la touche PROG à l’arrière de la Telis dans un délai de 2 min. Le voyant rouge clignote, la télécommande est mémorisée.

Pour sortir du mode programmation sans enregistrer de télécommande :

Faire un appui court sur la touche PROG de l’unité de commande.

4.2 Apprentissage de la course du portail - Fig. 18

L’apprentissage permet d’enregistrer les temps de fonctionnement du moteur à

A la fin de l’installation, vérifier impérativement que la détection d’obstacle est conforme à l’annexe A de la norme EN 12 453.

À CE STADE DE L’INSTALLATION, LA MOTORISATION EST PRÊTE

À FONCTIONNER.

5 - ESSAI DE FONCTIONNEMENT

5.1 Utilisation des télécommandes - Fig. 19

Mode de fonctionnement séquentiel par défaut.

5.2 Fonctionnement des cellules photoélectriques

Occultation des cellules à la fermeture = le portail s’arrête et se réouvre totalement.

Occultation des cellules à l’ouverture = le portail s’arrête.

5.3 Fonctionnement de la barre palpeuse

Détection d’obstacle à l’ouverture/fermeture = arrêt + retrait.

Former tous les utilisateurs à l’usage en toute sécurité de ce portail motorisé

Le voyant rouge clignote, la télécommande est mémorisée.

L’ouverture piétonne correspond à 7 secondes de fonctionnement du portail.

The motorisation must be installed and adjusted by a professional motorisation and home automation installer, in compliance with the regulations of the country in which it is to be used.

To satisfy the requirements of standards EN 13241-1, EN

12445 and EN 12453, he or she must follow the instructions in this manual throughout the commissioning procedure.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury, e.g. due to crushing by the gate.

1.1 Caution - Important safety instructions

WARNING

For reasons of personal safety, it is important to follow all the instructions, as incorrect installation can lead to serious injury. Retain these instructions.

The installer must train all users to ensure that the motorisation is used safely in accordance with the user manual.

The user and installation manuals must be given to the end user. The installer must explain clearly to the user that installation, adjustment and maintenance of the motorisation must be performed by a professional motorisation and home automation installer.

1.2 Introduction

This product is a motorisation for a sliding gate, for residential use as defined in standard EN 60335-2-103, with which it complies. The main purpose of these instructions is to satisfy the requirements of the aforementioned standard and to ensure the safety of equipment and persons.

1.3 Preliminary checks

> Installation environment

ATTENTION

Do not spray water onto the motorisation.

Do not install the motorisation in an explosive environment.

Check that the temperature range marked on the drive is suited to the installation location.

> Condition of the gate to be motorised

Do not motorise a gate which is in poor condition or incorrectly installed.

Before installing the motorisation, check that:

- the gate is in good mechanical condition

- the gate is correctly balanced

- the gate is not equipped with any manual or electric locking system (unless compatible with the Somfy motorisation)

- the structures supporting the gate enable the motorisation to be securely fixed. Strengthen these if necessary.

- the gate can be opened and closed properly using a force of less than 150 N.

1.4 Electrical installation

DANGER

The installation of the power supply must comply with the standards in force in the country in which the motorisation is installed, and must be carried out by qualified personnel.

The electric line must be exclusively reserved for the motorisation and equipped with protection, comprising:

- a 10 A fuse or breaker,

- a differential type device (30 mA).

The switches provided to ensure a cut-out of all poles on fixed appliances must be connected to the power supply terminals and there must a separation between the contacts on all poles to ensure complete disconnection in conditions where category III high impulse voltage is present.

It is recommended that you fit a lightning conductor

(mandatory maximum residual voltage 2 kV).

> Cable feed

Underground cables must be equipped with a protective sheath with a sufficient diameter to contain the motor cable and the accessories cables.

Low-voltage cables subjected to inclement weather must be at least H07RNF-type cables.

For overground cables, use a cable grommet that will withstand the weight of vehicles (ref. 2400484).

1.5 Safety instructions relating to installation entitled "Danger zones").

DANGER

Do not connect the motorisation to a power source (mains, battery or solar) before installation is complete.

WARNING

Ensure that any danger zones (crushing, cutting, trapping) between the driven part and the surrounding fixed elements caused by the opening movement of the driven part are avoided or indicated on the installation

Modifying one of the elements provided in this kit or using an additional element not recommended in this manual is strictly prohibited.

Monitor the gate as it moves and keep people away from it until installation is complete.

Do not use adhesive to secure the motorisation.

Take care when using the manual unlocking control.

Manual unlocking may result in uncontrolled movement of the gate.

WARNING

ATTENTION

Install any fixed control device at a height of at least 1.5 m and within sight of the gate, but away from moving parts.

After installation, ensure that:

- the mechanism is correctly adjusted

- the manual unlocking device is operating correctly

- encounters an object measuring 50 mm positioned halfway up the leaf.

For the installation to be compliant, an active safety edge must be installed.

3 - INSTALLATION

The motorisation must be disengaged during installation.

3.1 Assembling the manual release handle

[1]. Insert the release handle into the specific housing on the motor.

[2]. Tighten the release handle.

[3]. Fit the screw cover.

3.2 Unlocking the motorisation - Fig. 6

[1]. Turn the key a quarter of a turn to the left.

[2]. Turn the release handle to the right.

3.3 Installing the mounting system - Fig. 7 and 8

The motor mounting kit provided is to be used on a concrete base. For all other types of mounting, use the appropriate fittings.

[1]. Position the template:

- parallel to the gate,

- with the symbol on the pinion pointing towards the gate,

- by moving it by 25 mm in relation to the front line of the rack (if the rack is fitted with a cover, measure from the line on the rack, not on the cover),

- so that it does not obstruct movement and to ensure the gate is able to open and close completely.

[2]. Mark the location for the ground mountings.

[3]. Drill to a depth of 85 mm.

[4]. Insert the plugs.

[5]. Tighten the lag screws on:

- the threaded section for a rack height of between 120 and 130 mm,

- the threaded section + the unthreaded section for a rack height of between

100 and 110 mm.

- 85 mm for mounting on the ground* on a flat concrete surface.

To facilitate tightening of the lag screws, use 2 nuts to form a "double nut".

[6]. Screw a nut and a washer onto each lag screw.

* When mounting on the ground, after securing the motor, fit a rack with oblong mounting holes to allow the clearance between the rack and pinion to be adjusted.

3.4 Installing the motor - Fig. 9 and 10

[1]. Position the motor on the lag screws, insert it and push it towards the gate.

[2]. Ensure the pinion is correctly positioned under the rack.

[3]. Set the height of the motor and/or the rack to ensure a clearance of approximately 2 mm between the rack and the pinion. This setting is important to prevent premature wear of the pinion and rack; the pinion must not be supporting the weight of the gate.

[4]. Check:

- that the setting nuts all come into contact with the base of the motor,

- the motor is level,

- the gate runs correctly,

- the clearance between the rack and pinion does not vary significantly over the gate's travel.

[5]. Fit a washer and nut onto each lag screw in order to fit the motor.



3.5 Fitting the end limit brackets - Fig. 11

[1]. Manually move the gate to the open position.

[2]. Position a bracket onto the rack so that it activates the motor end limit contact.

[3]. Screw the bracket onto the rack.

[4]. Manually move the gate to the closed position, then repeat steps 2 and 3 to fit the second bracket to the rack.

3.6 Connecting the safety edge - Fig. 12

For the installation to be compliant with the standards in force, an active safety edge must be connected.

3.7 Connecting to the power supply - Fig. 13

To connect the motor to the power supply, use a 3x1.5 mm² cable for use outdoors (minimum type H07RN-F).

Connect the neutral (N) to terminal 1 of the motor.

Connect the live (L) to terminal 2 on the motor.

Connect the earth wire to the earth terminal on the base of the motor.

The earth wire must always be longer than the live and neutral to ensure that it is the last to be disconnected if the connector is pulled out.

Programming the gate travel

When programming, the gate should be open (approximately 1 m) and the motor locked.

[1]. Press the SET button for 2 seconds.

The POWER and SET indicators flash.

[2]. Press the button on a memorised remote control to start programming.

The gate will close then open.

[3]. When the gate reaches the position where a slowdown is required, press the button on the memorised remote control.

The gate completes its opening movement at a reduced speed.

Note : Do not complete this step if no slowdown is required.

Programming is complete. The POWER indicator is lit steady.

The slowdown position during closing will then be similar to that set for opening (e.g. 20 cm before the end of travel).

The gate must not encounter any point of resistance in the slowdown zone. If the gate stops moving before opening or closing fully, reduce or remove the slowdown zone

The cable clamps supplied must be used.

For all low-voltage cables, ensure that they can withstand traction of

100 N. Check that the conductors have not moved when this traction is applied.

3.8 Direction of rotation - Fig. 14

Set dipswitch no. 3 to ON if the motor is installed on the left or OFF of the motor is on the right.

3.9 Re-engaging the motorisation - Fig. 15

[1]. Place the gate approximately 1 m from its closed position.

[2]. Turn the release handle to the left.

[3]. Move the gate manually until the drive mechanism re-locks.

[4]. Turn the key a quarter of a turn to the right.

Switch on the power to the installation before commissioning.

4 - QUICK COMMISSIONING

4.1 Memorising the remote controls

To memorise a 2- or 4-button remote control - Fig. 16

[1]. Press the PROG button on the control unit for 2 seconds. The red indicator light will come on.

[2]. Press a channel on the remote control to which the motorisation will be linked within 2 minutes. The red indicator light flashes; the remote control has been memorised.

If this procedure is carried out using a channel which has already been memorised, this channel will be cleared.

To add other 2- or 4-button remote controls:

Repeat the above procedure.

To add a 3-button remote control - Fig. 17

[1]. Press the PROG button on the control unit for 2 seconds. The red indicator light will come on.

[2]. Press the PROG button on the back of the Telis; this must be done within

2 minutes. The red indicator light flashes; the remote control has been memorised.

To exit programming mode without programming a remote control:

Press the PROG button of the control unit briefly.

4.2 Programming the gate travel - Fig. 18

The motor operating times at normal speed and for the slowdown phase can be programmed.

Programming requires a single, full opening movement. Operation is the same


During programming, pressing the SET button for 2 seconds will interrupt programming. During programming, the safety inputs are active.

WARNING

At the end of installation, it is essential to check that the obstacle detection complies with appendix A of standard EN 12 453.

1.4 Elektrik tesisatı montajı

TEHLİKE

Elektrik beslemesinin kurulumu, motorun kurulduğu

Elektrik hattının özel olarak motora ayrılması ve aşağıda belirtilen güvenlik elemanlarına sahip olması gerekir:

Devrede çift kutuplu bir besleme kesme düzeneği de

3 - MONTAJ

Montaj sırasında motorun kavramasının açık kalması gerekir.

3.1 Manuel kilit açma kolunun montajı

[1]. Kilit açma kolunu motordaki özel yerine yerleştiriniz.

3.3 Tespitleme sisteminin montajı - Şekil 7 ve 8

Birlikte verilen motor tespitleme kiti, beton bir zemin için öngörülmüştür. Farklı tiplerde zeminler için uygun tespitleme yöntemleri kullanınız.

[1]. Delme şablonunun konumlandırılması:

- kapıya paralel olacak şekilde,

- dişli işareti kapı tarafına gelecek şekilde,

- kremayerin ön kısmındaki dikey noktaya göre 25 mm kaydırarak

(kremayer bir muhafaza ile kapatılmış ise ölçüm işleminin çıkış noktası olarak muhafazayı değil kremayeri alınız),

- geçişi engellemeyecek ve ayrıca kapının tam olarak açılıp kapanmasını sağlayacak şekilde.

[2]. Zemine tespitleme noktalarını işaretleyiniz.

[3]. 85 mm derinliğinde bir delik açınız.

[4]. Dübelleri yerleştiriniz.

[5]. Aşağıdakilere tirfon vidaları vidalayınız:

- 120 - 130 mm arasındaki bir kremayer yüksekliği için dişli kısım,

- 100 - 110 mm arasındaki bir kremayer yüksekliği için dişli + düz kısım.

- 85 mm, düz yüzeyli bir beton zemin* üzerine montaj için.

Tirfon vidaların vidalanmasını kolaylaştırmak için "kontra somun" olmak

üzere 2 somun kullanınız.

[6]. Her tirfon vidaya bir rondela takınız ve bir somun vidalayınız.

* kremayer - dişli boşluğunu ayarlama olanağı sağlamak için kremayerin tespitlendiği deliklerin elips şeklinde olması gerekir.

3.4 Motorun tespitlenmesi - Şekil 9 ve 10

[1]. Motoru tirfon vidalar üzerine yerleştiriniz, iyice oturtunuz ve sonra da kapıya doğru itiniz.

[2]. Dişlinin, kremayerin altına düzgün şekilde konumlandırıldığından emin olunuz.

[3]. Motorun ve/veya kremayerin yüksekliğini, kremayer - dişli arasında yaklaşık

2 mm'lik boşluk olacak şekilde ayarlayınız. Bu ayar, dişlinin ve kremayerin zamanında önce eskimesini önlemek için önemlidir; dişli kapının ağırlığını taşımamalıdır.

[4]. Aşağıdakileri kontrol ediniz:

- ayar somunlarının hepsinin motor tabanıyla temas halinde olduğunu,

- motorun uygun durumda olduğunu,

- kapının doğru şekilde hareket ettiğini,

- kremayer-dişli arasındaki boşluğun kapının hareket mesafesi hareketi boyunca çok fazla değişmediğini.

[5]. Motoru tespitlerken her tirfon vidaya önce bir rondela daha sonra da bir somun vidalayınız.



3.5 Hareket mesafesi sonu ayaklarının takılması - Şekil

[1]. Kapıyı açık konuma getirmek için manuel olarak hareket ettiriniz.

[2]. Bir ayağı, motor hareket mesafesi sonu kontağını hareket ettirecek şekilde kremayer üzerine konumlandırınız.

[3]. Ayağı, kremayer dişlisi üzerine vidalayınız.

[4]. Kapıyı kapalı konuma getirmek için manuel olarak hareket ettiriniz, daha sonra ikinci ayağı kremayere yerleştirmek için prosedürün 2. ve 3. aşamalarını tekrarlayınız.

3.6 Engel algılayıcı bağlantılarının yapılması - Şekil 12

Montajın yürürlükte olan normlara uygunluğunun sağlanması için aktif bir engel algılayıcının montajı zorunludur.

3.7 Elektrik beslemesine bağlama - Şekil 13

Motoru şebekeye bağlamak için, harici kullanıma uygun 3x1,5 mm² kablo kullanınız (Minimum H07RN-F tipi).

Nötr (N) ucunu motorun 1 no'lu ucuna bağlayınız.

Faz ucunu (L) motorun 2 no'lu ucuna bağlayınız.

Topraklama kablosunu motor tabanındaki topraklama bağlantı yuvasına bağlayınız.

Sökülme durumunda topraklama bağlantısının diğerlerinden sonra kesilmesini sağlamak için topraklama kablosunun mutlaka faz ve nötr kablolarından daha uzun olması gerekir.

Mutlaka cihazla birlikte verilen kablo tutucularını kullanınız.

Tüm düşük gerilim kablolarının 100 N kuvvetinde bir gergiye dayanıklı olduğunu kontrol ediniz. Bu gergi kuvveti uygulandığında iletkenlerin yerlerinden oynamadığını kontrol ediniz.

4.2 Kapının hareket mesafesinin öğretilmesi işlemi -

Öğretme işlemi, motorun normal çalışma hızı safhasındaki ile yavaşlama safhasındaki sürelerinin kaydedilmesini sağlar.

Öğretme işlemi kapının bir defada tamamen açılması öngörülerek gerçekleştirilir.

Kapanma süreci, açılma sürecine tamamen benzer şekilde (aynı mesafede yavaşlama ile) gerçekleşir.

Kapının hareket mesafesinin öğretilmesi işleminin gerçekleştirilmesi

Öğretme işlemini gerçekleştirmek için kapının açık (yaklaşık 1 m kadar) ve motorun da kilitlenmiş olması gerekir.

[1]. SET tuşuna 2 saniye basınız.

POWER ve SET kontrol ışıkları yanıp söner.

[2]. Öğretme işlemini başlatmak için hafızaya alınmış bir uzaktan kumandanın tuşuna basınız.

Kapı önce kapanır ardından tekrar açılır.

[3]. Kapı, yavaşlamasını istediğiniz konuma geldiğinde hafızaya alınmış uzaktan kumandanın tuşuna basınız.

Bu durumda kapı, açılma hareketini düşük hızda tamamlar.

Not : Yavaşlama olması istenmiyorsa bu aşamayı gerçekleştirmeyiniz.

Öğretme işlemi tamamlanmıştır. POWER kontrol ışığı sabit yanar.

Ardından, kapanma sırasındaki yavaşlama konumu, açılma sırasındaki yavaşlama konumunun eş değeri olur (örneğin, hareketin sona ermesinden 20 cm önce).

Yavaşlama bölgesinde kapının hareket etmeye zorlandığı bir nokta olmamalıdır. Kapı, tamamen açılmadan veya tamamen kapanmadan

önce harekete ara verirse, yavaşlama bölgesini kısaltınız veya tamamen iptal ediniz

Motorun sol tarafa monte edilmiş olması halinde dipswitch N°3 ON konumuna, motorun sağ tarafa monte edilmiş olması halinde ise OFF konumuna getirilmelidir.

3.9 Motorun tekrar çalıştırılması - Şekil 15

[1]. Kapıyı, kapanma konumuna yaklaşık 1 metre mesafeye konumlandırınız.

[2]. Kilit açma kolunu sola doğru çeviriniz.

[3]. Harekete geçirme mekanizması kilitlenme konumuna gelinceye kadar kapıyı manuel olarak hareket ettiriniz.

[4]. Anahtarı sağa doğru çeyrek tur çeviriniz.

Çalıştırmayı başlatmadan önce tesisata gerilim veriniz.

4 - HIZLI ÇALIŞTIRMA

4.1 Uzaktan kumandaların hafızaya alınması

« sabit » olarak yanar.

[2]. Motorun uzaktan kumandaya uyarlanmasını sağlamak için 2 dakikalık süreyi geçirmeden uzaktan kumandanın kanalına basınız. Kırmızı kontrol ışığı yanıp sönmeye başlar, uzaktan kumanda hafızaya alınmıştır.

Daha önceden hafızaya alınmış bir kanal için bu uygulamanın gerçekleştirilmesi kanalın silinmesine neden olur.

2 veya 4 tuşlu başka uzaktan kumandalar eklemek için:

Kapının açılmasından sonra fotosellerin önünden geçilmesi (kapanma sırasında aktif fotosel girişi devrede ise), kısa bir süre (sabit 2 sn.) sonra kapının kapanmasına neden olur.

Fotosellerin önünden geçiş yapılmadıysa TIME potansiyometresi ile programlanmış kapanma zamanlamasından sonra kapı otomatik olarak kapanır.

Fotosellerin algılama alanında bir engel varsa kapı kapanmaz. Engel kalktığında kapanır.

Kablolu emniyet kumandası

PROGRAMLANMASI

8.1 Yaya açılma fonksiyonu için 2 veya 4 tuşlu uzaktan kumandaların hafızaya alınması - Şekil 30

Kırmızı kontrol ışığı sabit yanar.

Kırmızı kontrol ışığı bir defa yavaşça yanıp söner.

[3]. Kapının yaya için açılmasına kumanda edecek uzaktan kumanda tuşuna basınız.

Kırmızı kontrol ışığı yanıp sönmeye başlar, uzaktan kumanda hafızaya alınmıştır.

Kapının yaya geçişi için açılması kapının 7 saniye boyunca çalışmasına denk düşer.

8.2 Yardımcı çıkışa kumanda etmek için 2 veya 4 tuşlu uzaktan kumandaların hafızaya alınması - Şekil 31
