1. Remove the back bolts using 5mm Hex bit.

2. Remove four bolts.

3. Detach the back from the chair.
4. If your chair has adjustable arm continue with this step, if it is fixed arm skip to step 8. Remove the bolt from the swing arm using
T27 torx driver.
5. Detach the arm and hardware attachment assembly.
Note: Left hand arm has left hand threaded and black colour bolt.

6. Detach the arm mechanism.
Note: Right hand bolt is yellow colour and right hand threaded bolt.

7. Remove the steel strip.

9. Remove the bolt from the swing arm using T27 torx driver.

12. Seat Removal. Remove nut and shoulder bolt.

13. Use T27 Torx driver and
10mm wrench.
14. Follow previous steps to remove the right side nut and shoulder bolt.

15. Use 6mm drill bit to remove the bolt from the swing arm.

16. Follow the previous step to remove the bolt on the other side.

17. Detach the seat from the swing arm.

18. Removing the control leaver from the swing arm.
19. Lift the leaver up.

21. Release the bottom snap.

22. Rotate the assembly and remove from the swing arm.
23. Pull out the swing arms from the assembly.

24. Detach the swing arms.

25. Bushing can be detached.
Re-Assembly Steps:
Note: Bushing may get damaged during removal.

27. Attach swing arm in place.

28. Insert the control leaver in the swing arm slot by rotating.
29. Press the rear of the leaver down to lock in place
30. Press down the bottom snap to lock.

31. Install the bolt Note: If the bolt housing has a paint mark, orient the paint mark upward.
32. Use torque wrench and
6mm hex bit. Torque each bolt to 250 in-lbs.

33. Follow the previous step to install the bolt on the other side.
Note: If the bolt housing has a paint mark, orient the paint mark upward.

34. Install shoulder bolt and nut.
35. Use T27 torx driver and
10 mm wrench to install shoulder bolt and nut.
36. Install shoulder bolt and nut on both side.

37. If your chair has adjustable arm continue with this step, if it is fixed arm skip to step 44. Install the lever assembly into the socket.
Attention: Lever should be in fully locked position during installation.

38. Install the clip in the arm slot as shown.
39. insert the steel strip into swing arm slot.
40. Install the arm assembly into the swing arm.
Attention: Keep the arm in vertically center with the swing arm.

41. Install the hardware assembly as received.
Attention: Do not open the assembly. Follow the above orientation if sub-assembly is misoriented

42. Install the bolt with 35 inlbs torque using T27 torxbit.
Attention: Right arm has right hand drive. Right hand bolt is in Yellow color.
43. Follow previous steps to install left hand arm.
Attention: Left arm has left hand drive threads. Left hand bolt is in black color.
44. Replacing fixed arm.
Insert the arm filler into swing arm slot.

45. Install the arm assembly into swing arm.

46. Place the filler in place.
47. Install the bolt to tighten the arm with the swing arm.
48. Install the bolt with 35 inlbs torque using T27 torx bit

49. Follow previous steps to install left hand arm.

50. Install back assembly.
51. Install four back bolts using a torque wrench and a 5 mm hex bit. Torque each bolt to 150 in-lbs.
