Advanced Functions
Parental Lock Control
The rating control gives parents control over broadcasts which are accessed by their children. It allows parents to select programs judged suitable for child viewing while blocking others judged not suitable. It does so automatically once activated. See "Selecting Locks Options " on the next page.
Accessing the Lock Menu
1.
Press MENU.................

Highlight the LOCK icon.
Use or button.
3.
Press ......................
RRT Setting :
4.
Enter a correct password.
Use 0-9 number buttons.
If it is the first time to access the [Lock ] menu, the unit allows you to use a default number as “0000”.
Once the correct password is entered, the [Lock ] menu displays as above.
To highlight an option and to change settings, press ▲▼◄ ►. Press EXIT to exit.

Description
Select to change password as desired. The old password is necessary if you want to change the password.
ON
OFF
Select to enable the parental lock control.
Select to disable the parental lock control.
Set US custom rating restrictions.
Set Canadian custom rating restrictions.
If the broadcasting program uses RRT5(Rating Region
Table-Region 5) criteria rating in accordance with the FCC
Rules, its rating can be down loaded to this TV and can be used for parental controls.
Select to reset RRT5 Version information to the default.
