Automation Engine Pilot is a user-friendly interface for managing and executing tasks within the Automation Engine system. It provides an overview of all the actions that need user intervention, allowing users to manage, modify, forward, or delete these actions. The tool also offers a variety of views to manage workflows, such as the Files view, Jobs view, and To Do List view, as well as a set of tools for task management, such as the Task History tool and the Queue Monitor tool.

Automation Engine Pilot provides a user interface for managing and monitoring workflows within the Automation Engine platform.

You can create a Smart View by using filters and saving the filtered results as a View. This allows you to easily access specific data sets.

The user guide lists several general views including Files, Jobs, To Do List, Products, WebCenter, Tasks, Milestones, SmartNames, Tickets, and Jobs. There are also views specific to different types of workflows like commercial print, sign and display, and CTP Flexo.

You can monitor, inspect, and relaunch tasks in the Tasks view. You can also change the priority or cancel running tasks.

The To Do List displays actions requiring user intervention. These actions can be messages, checkpoints, or milestone actions. You can view, modify, forward, or delete these actions.
