In the TRAP TYPE box select the message type desired, trap or inform. If inform is selected, the timeout the agent waits (if no answer from the manager) before re-send the inform message can be set in the INFORMS TIMEOUT box, the number of inform retransmission can be set in INFORMS
RETRIES box.
The messages trap/inform have to be enable and can be enable singly. The enable is provided to the
OIDs (fmSTEventEnable folder):

The commands are accepted by the unit only in remote mode and if the community strings are correctly set for both read and write operations.
